Dr. Lee and the entire staff provide excellent service and excellent customer service. They are professional and make sure you are completely satisfied with the results. I originally used Smile Direct and that was a waste of money. I would recommend North Durham Orthodonics if you want to get yiur smile back.

Dr. Gina Lee and team provide excellent service. Appointments are timely, and they always provide detailed information about the current and future appointments. Both offices are super clean and cozy.

Gosh, Dr. Lee and her staff are truly the best. Dr. Lee truly cares about her patients. She had a vision for my smile and she brought it to light. I will forever be grateful for her patience, skill and kindness shown to me. I will miss the entire staff. Where do I even began! Never in my life did I ever think I would need braces but, I am so glad I did because I never would've met these wonderful ladies at North Durham Orthodontics! The day I walked into Dr. Gina Lee's office I knew this was the place for me. I have had no problems with my braces at all and they always get me in and out of the office since I usually come on my lunch breaks from work. Everyone here is just amazing, and they make you feel like friends rather than customers! If you or anyone needs to visit an Orthodontist this is the place to go! I promise you, you will not be disappointed and you will love the results!

I am not a patient of this practice but had a emergency when our daughters retainer broke over the holidays. I called and spoke to the office. They could not have been nicer explaining the options and costs for replacing the retainer. Their help was very much appreciated and I can only imagine that if they were helpful to a stranger that they must take extremely good care of heir patients.
