I had the best experience! I usually strongly dislike going to the dentist, but this visit completely changed my perspective. Every employee was incredibly friendly, understanding, and quick. It honestly felt refreshing because it's rare to come across a team where everyone is genuinely so kind and welcoming. The office was clean, comfortable, and efficient, and the entire appointment went smoothly from start to finish. They made me feel at ease the whole time, which is not something I normally associate with dental visits. I can't recommend them enough!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Jennifer Loveland, Dr. Bryan Morrison, and their entire team. From the moment I walk through the door, I’m greeted with a calm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts me at ease. The front office feels more like a peaceful retreat than a dental office, and every single person at the front desk is smiling! My dental hygienist is exceptional — compassionate, patient, and incredibly attentive. She listens to my concerns, understands my anxiety, and doesn’t make me feel bad about my daily coffee and tea habit. I feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. She’s very efficient but I don’t feel rushed. Dr. Loveland and Dr. Morrison combine professionalism and expertise with such a personal, reassuring approach. They have created an environment built on teamwork and kindness. They don’t just provide excellent dental care — they create an experience that leaves me feeling valued, respected, and relaxed. I almost fell asleep during my cleaning today. Thank you!!!

Dr. Runde was absolutely fantastic and more than I could have asked for in a Dentist at my appointment today. I have severe dental anxiety and needed a procedure done today and she went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of. My hygienist, Darby, was so lovely and the office staff as well. Upon checking out the sweet lady at the desk looked into an insurance question I had as well and printed information I needed. Highly recommend Loveland Dental in the Lake Norman area!

First appointment with this group and was exceptionally pleased! All of the staff was so nice and welcoming and the process from signing in to service was seamless. Dr. Morrison explained everything in detail and was so easy to talk to! There was a great vibe throughout the office among all the staff! More at ease at this dental appointment than ever before. Loveland Dentist has been such a great experience for me. The location is convenient and close to my home, which makes scheduling and getting there easy. But beyond that, the real standout is the care. Dr. Morrison is truly amazing. He has been working closely with me on my teeth and smile aesthetics, and I couldn’t be more excited about the results and the journey. He’s patient, knowledgeable, and really listens to what you want for your smile. The staff is just as wonderful friendly, welcoming, and professional every step of the way. I always feel comfortable and well taken care of when I’m there …until they prove me differently this care team will provide services to my entire family! I’m super excited for my new look in 2026 and grateful to Dr. Morrison and the entire Loveland Dentist team for helping me get there. Thank you for making this such a positive experience!
