Dr Moore is a very good dentist always patient and caring. I highly recommend him.. I’ve never had anything negative to say and post it until now .. I had a new hygienist this time , she was sweet and seemingly did a good job BUT my time there for a cleaning was too long .. normally I can get X-rays and cleaning and not have to pay a dime for parking. So beware if you have to pay for parking as I did , even with the parking voucher , it cost me $18.00 .. I was very disappointed. If you don’t have to pay for parking that is a blessing … and not only that I drive a long ways because I do like my dentist etc. .but $18 to park , SMH

Laura, my dental hygienist, was absolutely wonderful. She was gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything she was doing, which made the entire cleaning a really positive experience. Dr. Moore was just as fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He answered all of my questions and made me feel confident in my treatment plan. Bre was incredibly helpful with explaining my insurance, going over payment options, and getting my next appointment scheduled. She made what can sometimes be a confusing process so easy and stress-free. I also really appreciated Makalyn checking on me throughout my visit to make sure I was comfortable and didn’t need anything. That extra level of kindness and attention really stood out. Overall, the entire team provided exceptional care and customer service. I highly recommend Uptown Charlotte Smiles to anyone looking for a dental office that truly cares about its patients!

The staff was very professional and I felt very confident and trusted their opinions. I have been going to the dentist for over 50 years and never has a dentist been more thorough then Dr Moore. I feel like I can trust him. I have a lot of work to be done on my teeth and I didn't hesitate in the least after my exam.
