She even told me to go to another office, which I find completely unacceptable—especially after we have already started my daughter’s orthodontic treatment at your clinic. It is unbelievable to receive this kind of treatment after placing our trust in your office for such an important process. My son was referred to this orthodontist by his current dentist (Six Sigma Dental) for braces. It was not too far away from our home and located in the same business center where the Social Securtity administration office is located. They do have parking spaces in front of the building, and it's never been super busy or packed when we have gone. The employees are super nice every time, and the receptionists are super nice and knowledgeable. We always arrive about 15 minutes early to our appointments and always seen on time. The Dr. is super knowledgeable and explains things in a way that you understand completely, and even if you have questions, she is very patient and answers the question until you fully understand. This last time we went, my son got his top braces put on, and the process was super simple. My son was super nervous, but after he stated, "That was easy." They made him feel comfortable and went through all the after care instructions thoroughly. Definitely recommend them for any orthodontist services.
