About Spielberg Orthodontics | Braces and Invisalign Treatment in Apex
Dr. Spielberg's practice is noted for early phase-1 treatment and appointments that run on schedule, even fitting in weekend fixes.
Families mention appointments starting on time and little to no waiting, even across years of treatment for multiple siblings. Early treatment for younger children comes up often, alongside a steady stream of braces and Invisalign cases handled for both teens and adults. Reviews describe Dr. Spielberg as someone who takes time with each case, explains options like braces versus Invisalign in detail, and has gone as far as coming in on a day off to fix a broken device.

Great orthodontist! Everyone has always been friendly and professional and very accommodating ! I’ve never had Invisalign before and had several questions throughout my treatment and they were always so willing to answer my questions and have me come into the office without issues to make sure my teeth were shifting and moving as they should. Highly recommend
