Absolute best dental experience ever .Dr Donahue and Crystal are both very kind, patient and considerate. They take extreme care into their work while also making sure i am always comfortable as well..i also very much appreciate Dr Lynch for coming in and lending his expertise on my difficult blocked canal root canal. Thanks to them it was a success and i couldnt be more grateful ..Everyone here is very friendly and extremely easy to work with and i highly recommend them !

I have been seeing Dr. Nidhhi Parmar regularly at this office now for the past 3-4 months. I find her to be incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. She understood all that needed to be done and gave me multiple options to pick from that would best suit my budget and needs. Never once was I influinced with my descision. I never felt thought that I was being taken advantage of (or my insurance). A couple times I had an issue with a tooth that was causing pain, the front office forwarded my concern to her and she promptly returned my call when she was available. I never felt that I was being left in the dark. I honestly believe that my comfort is top priority to everyone within the office and they are extremely friendly. When I leave from every appointment, I am thankful for their time, work and have always been very satisfied with the care and attention that I have received. I would recommend 100%

Honestly steer clear of this place. They only care about one thing, and that is running up your bill as high as possible. I have really good dental insurance and have never had to pay out of pocket for anything since my insurance covers it all. So that part didn't really bother me. But the final straw was when I went in to get some dental work done, then out of nowhere in June they changed their rules that you need to pay upfront for any amount you owe before the dental work is performed. To me that's no big deal, but the fact my insurance covers 100% of my care I shouldn't have been asked to pay anything up front. They basically wanted me to pay the amount my insurance was going to reimburse them, then once they got their money back from the insurance company I would get a refund. So to make a long story real short this place cannot read your insurance coverage properly. So I decided to go to a new dentist instead. When I was explaining to my new dental office why I was leaving WNY Dental the woman at the new dentist office looked at my insurance policy and was like wow your insurance covers 100% of everything, I have never seen a dental plan this good. So how can my new dentist understand how my insurance works but WNY Dental can't?

I should have read the reviews before making an appointment here… I confirm what everyone else is saying, they run your bill up then when insurance doesn’t pay they send you the bill to pay months later. One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a business in WNY. After they tried charging me, I called complained, they said they would re-submit to insurance, two months later they said the same bill to me. This place is a joke, no leadership or moral integrity going on here. All about money. Read your reviews WNY dental!

Initially very kind and professional. However, stated would reach out with a payment plan that would work for the issues i had along with making appointment. After looking further, I was overcharged and never contacted about my five broken teeth or one that needed removal for other issues. In excruciating pain I was told don't cry we will fix this. And never heard from them again. Three months later I reach out and am denied yet again service at this place. First my insurance wouldn't cover it all and now they don't take what I have even though they would absolutely get paid. I'd honestly suggest someplace with more honest caring staff. This place cares about your money not your mouth or your pain.
