I can't recommend Aspen Dental enough! Yesterday, my fiancé—who will never admit when he's in pain—called me and told me his tooth pain had become unbearable. I immediately called Aspen Dental, and Kelsey was absolutely incredible. She took the time to walk us through what to do to help with his pain right away, explained how to get him in as quickly as possible, and even gave us her contact information in case we had any additional questions. Thanks to her, I was able to get him an appointment for the very next day. From the moment he arrived, the entire team was amazing. They were incredibly thorough, took the time to listen to all of his concerns, and made him feel comfortable throughout the visit. At the end of the appointment, the office manager, Lynn, came in and spoke with both of us (with me on the phone) to go over every treatment option. She truly listened to our concerns, especially knowing that our wedding is less than two months away and that my fiancé didn't want to be toothless, broke, or in pain on our wedding day. Instead of pushing one solution, she worked with us to create a treatment plan that fit our timeline, budget, and goals perfectly. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, compassionate, and genuinely cared about helping him. It's such a relief to have found a dental office that treats patients like people instead of just another appointment. Thank you, Kelsey, Lynn, and the entire Aspen Dental team for making such a stressful situation so much easier!

My experience has been amazing!!! The Lab Tech making my dentures is professional, friendly, helpful, and listens to your needs and wants. Her attention to detail made my smile look more real. Billing was made easy thanks to their department of caring and witty women!! The hygiene techs are personable and so friendly. Reception always has a smile and a caring tone of voice. My experience has been the best I've ever received.

I made an appointment online. When I showed up, checking in went smoothly as Aspen provides you with a preregistration option. The office is clean. The receptionist area did not seem overly welcoming, but it was Monday morning, so I didn't think much about it. Once I was taken to the back, the X ray tech was very nice. Her placement of the plates was very gentle. She explained each step before proceeding. The hygienist was very friendly. She listened carefully to all my concerns and made me feel comfortable speaking about my history with dental care, depression, meds etc. Let me just mention, my teeth are EXTREMELY bad. Never once, did any of the staff make me feel judged or uncomfortable about it. This is GOLD to someone that has been bullied by past dentists and staff. The exam was very thorough. My receipt says I saw Dr. Blanford, but it wasn't he. I was examined by an Asian doctor. Interacting with him was like discussing a treatment plan with a friend. There was no intimidation or pressure. His approach was practical and made a lot of sense. He was definitely looking for the very best treatment for me. I am amazed that I actually had this trust and ease with a dentist. I was given detailed information and options that were supported by sound evidence and broken down in layman's terms that were well enough for me to make an educated decision. Lynn's office was my next stop. She is without a doubt the easiest person to speak to, in the field of finance. Zero pressure and 100% heartfelt empathy for my finances, depression issues, anxiety, fear and basically her overall knowledge of Aspens products. If her thoughtfulness wasn't genuine, she deserves an Emmy Award. Among the other fabulous professionals I had the pleasure to meet are, Lauren,Amanda and Anastasia. Each of them as gentle, friendly and sweet as can be. Don't be afraid to go to Aspen dental. No one will judge you or treat you bad. It isn't like some of the other dental places in town. You will feel good getting the help you need without staff drama, bad attitudes or feeling like you are an interruption to anyone's day. Sorry this was so long. Found my forever dentists. The team here is always happy and helpful as well as accommodating. I went in for an x-ray and got an extraction the same day. I booked 3 more appointments for the following 3 weeks for cleanings and fillings. They offered payment plan options and they accept most insurances. Highly recommend them!

Amanda G was absolutely amazing with my Grandfather! She was patient, kind, understanding. Everyone in the office did their best to make sure my Grandfather was well taken care of, and when things didn't work out despite their incredible efforts, no questions asked, gave him a full refund on his dentures. Sometimes you can't teach an old dog new tricks!
