Aspen Dental - Tonawanda, NY

Best filling experience I've had at a dentist. My wife and I were treated well and the filling looks and feels just like a real tooth. They even took extra effort to make sure it matched my bite as closely as possible, which is not the experience I've had with other providers.

If u ever wanted a little preview of heaven, I would recommend you go to the Tonawanda location.. You will be greeted by Kelsey F. (She will be the one singing with the biggest smile).. Then I hope you get Lauren (tiny but mighty) as your dental assistant who will be there to reassure you and to make sure all your questions and concern are answered. And last but not least I hope you get to meet the Great Amanda N. who will be as thorough as possible in explaining benefits and payments and setting up every appointment you will need up front so you get a timeline of everything from start to finish. I believe these ladies are our little angels on earth ❤️

I can't recommend Aspen Dental enough! Yesterday, my fiancé—who will never admit when he's in pain—called me and told me his tooth pain had become unbearable. I immediately called Aspen Dental, and Kelsey was absolutely incredible. She took the time to walk us through what to do to help with his pain right away, explained how to get him in as quickly as possible, and even gave us her contact information in case we had any additional questions. Thanks to her, I was able to get him an appointment for the very next day. From the moment he arrived, the entire team was amazing. They were incredibly thorough, took the time to listen to all of his concerns, and made him feel comfortable throughout the visit. At the end of the appointment, the office manager, Lynn, came in and spoke with both of us (with me on the phone) to go over every treatment option. She truly listened to our concerns, especially knowing that our wedding is less than two months away and that my fiancé didn't want to be toothless, broke, or in pain on our wedding day. Instead of pushing one solution, she worked with us to create a treatment plan that fit our timeline, budget, and goals perfectly. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, compassionate, and genuinely cared about helping him. It's such a relief to have found a dental office that treats patients like people instead of just another appointment. Thank you, Kelsey, Lynn, and the entire Aspen Dental team for making such a stressful situation so much easier!

Great staff. Great care. I didn’t think I would be able to afford everything I needed to have done, but Lynn made it possible. Anastasia and Kelsey were great as well. Lovely team

First time at this facility and I’m very impressed! Everyone was professional and very kind. I have a lot of issues with my teeth and I feel that this facility and the professionals who work there will help me to overcome most of my problems and improve my health.
