Dr. Chobor and her team member Tracy never followed up on their work to proceed with pre-approval for an oral appliance. Costly waiting times, the representative simply did not do her job and the Dr. Didn't care. Would recommend you avoid the provider, they dont care about delays in your care.

Absolutely unprofessional, I spoke with a man on the phone who wasn’t clear or sure about the dentist policy regarding insurance. A woman took over the phone call and said that she would report me for complaining about him not being clear. She asked for my insurance ID and went on to defend the man’s integrity and spirit. Her delivery was uncalled for. Furthermore, if the man had explained that the practice wasn’t accepting new patients (in the beginning of the call) then there wouldn’t have been a need for me to speak further. I felt disrespected and hope that future patients don’t receive the same energy from these people.

Great service! No surprises and very convenient. Dentist was great. If only they did hair cuts at the same time!

Very rude receptionist in billing. Harsh tone. And hung up before I could speak after asking about billing and insurance. Just stated that they can’t help and hung up. Never asked if that was the only form of payment

Just had my first exam and cleaning here. My experience was great! The staff was so kind and I had no wait times whatsoever. My hygienist was so kind, which helped the anxiety I had previously had during dental visits at other locations. I leave my appointment feeling amazing and like I have brand new teeth!
