My 9-year-old daughter’s teeth were very crooked, and Dr. Vanzo diagnosed her as needing Phase 1 braces. He was amazing throughout the entire process. He’s great with kids and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. He also offered helpful advice regarding her lip tie and made her feel very comfortable. The Diamond Braces office, in general, was wonderful. Appointments were always available, and when one location was closed, we were easily scheduled at nearby offices. We were always seen quickly and efficiently. Upon completion of her treatment, the results were incredible—her smile is absolutely amazing! I had a great experience today at the orthodontist with my daughter. From the front desk to the doctor, everyone was very kind, helpful, and professional. They explained everything in detail and really know how to work with children and make them feel comfortable. The office is also very clean and welcoming. On Saturday I took my daughter here to have her top braces put on and the overall experience was excellent.The staff was kind, welcoming, and professional. They made us feel comfortable from start to finish. Though we arrived significantly earlier than our scheduled appointment, my daughter was taken in immediately. The doctor explained everything thoroughly and answered all questions, the assistant did his job quickly , gently and professionally. Then my daughter got detailed instructions on what to eat and how to take care of her teeth and braces, and I was informed that we can just walk in any time something happens to her braces and they need to be fixed.
