Dr. Lazarra and his team are the best around! From the moment you walk in the office, you experience the best in customer service. The atmosphere is very modern, Extremely clean, and fun! The staff are highly professional and very engaging. State of the art technology, intentionality with the decor all around, and Dr. Lazarra sets the gold standard for professionalism, expertise and ethics! If you’re looking for the best in orthodonture, you don’t have to look any farther. This is the place. We drive almost two hours one way to get here and wouldn’t trade it! I’d give 10 stars if it let me.

We absolutely love Dr. LAZZARA and every staff member there. They all treat us like family. Remembering our names and even what coffee I like. I cant say enough good things about them! We love the sports themed atmosphere and the kids love the dip n dots they offer at specific appointments. You will not feel like you wasted your hard earned money going there! They take such good care of my kids.

Overall, the service is wonderful, but if you have autism as an adult and you’re attractive, I don’t think this is the best fit for you Stacy the money management lady screamed at me, belittled me while trying to make payments for me and my son I tried to explain to her that I am autistic, but because I am an adult, she lacked sympathy, mercy or compassion. I also tried to explain to her. I’m dealing with my grandfather having cancer who has now passed away and instead of her communicating with my mother further to continue payments, she canceled the treatment for me, and my son humiliated us and embarrassed us. As far as performance of the inside work is great the doctor is great. Put their money management lady is very rude loud and inconsiderate sincerely an old client .

I highly recommend Lazzara Smiles if you’re looking for an Orthodontist. I saw Kaitlin and Dr. Lazzara today and they are the absolute best. All of the staff are very friendly and this is such a clean and warming environment to be apart of!

Great experience. It is a very positive environment. They are quite knowledgeable and they certainly listen to your concerns. Their equipment is super high tech. Kaitlin is awesome!!!
