Wonderful experience, caring professional staff. They made sure my husband was comfortable, totally painless procedure. My husband had the first step of his implant procedure. They always have been there to answer his questions. We highly recommend them when considering an implant. He went to the Pittsford office.

Dr. Bracci and everyone that we've interacted with from Progressive have been absolutely top notch with kindness, professionalism, helpfulness and answering all of our questions with regards to having both of my teens wisdom teeth removed. Both experiences have been excellent. They each healed well without any complications.

My husband was referred there from another dentist in 2024 as he had a tooth impacted near the bone and it was affecting his dentures that he has had since 2020. He was given a quote based upon the insurance that we had at that time. He did well with the surgery, we paid what we were told was our co-pay. Everything was good, the people were kind, but then the bills started to arrive. We kept getting estimates from the insurance saying it was billed incorrectly and what they submitted wasn't showing the surgical removal as being necessary. After many conversations with the office they said not to pay anything extra. Then we got another bill, which was much lower and I called and they said this was that final bill....we had good dental insurance and if processed correctly we should have been given an accurate estimate for our copay. I went ahead and paid this stating that I won't pay another bill. Then about a month or so ago, there came a bill from Immco Diagnostics and I called this practice about this bill. They told me that they don't control what the diagnostics companies charge us. This is 2 years later and I told them that if you are running any diagnostic imaging, that should have been included with your charges and this practice should have paid them. They said they would talk to billing and let me know how they could resolve it. Today, I see we are getting yet another bill from Immco Diagnostics. This is 2 YEARS AFTER THE SURGICAL REMOVAL. I would love to stand on principal and not pay it, but I am so over advocating with them and will just pay the darn bill. I will NEVER GO THERE Again.

I went for a consult. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. G was so easy to talk to. The exam was thorough and the diagnosis ended up being a referral. If you have the slightest reservation about a periodontist book with progressive implantology today. You wont regret it!

My 11 year old had to get two extra teeth removed today and I’m so thankful we went here. They were so patient and kind and comforting to her. It’s greatly appreciated 🙏
