Dr. Renjen and his staff are amazing. Kind, knowledgeable, understanding, and down to earth. I don't feel judged when one my of kids hasn't worn their rubber bands like they should have been, or we need to reschedule an appointment last minute. They genuinely seem to care about their patients and their families -something that's not guaranteed in health care these days. I'm so glad my dentist recommended this office!

We only had a consultation for my daughter until they start her treatment but I can confidently say that place is AMAZING! My daughter was all giggles. We walked in and they had her name on the welcome board. She is 7 and was offered a seat at the table to talk about her plan. Talk about feeling seen and valued. Not to mention the general comfort and professionalism. Loved it!

I cannot describe enough how much I love Dr. Renjen, his team and his place. He was one of the two recommendations from our beloved pediatric dentist, plus one more orthodontist of our own search, make the three consultations we had for my teen son’s braces. Dr. Renjen’s building is modern, high-tech, kids-friendly, he gives free t-shirt and ice-cream coupon on consultation, his explanation was most detailed, and, believe it or not, the pricing was the lowest as well, so it is a no-brainer for us even though the driving is a bit longer. I was extremely impressed seeing the craftsmanship and skills Dr. Renjen and Adam showcased as a team on our first visit (thinking of a movie in which they flip and toss the tools accurately by each mm). Everyone in the office is super friendly, polite, professional, and helpful, from sending me end-of-year billing for my HSA reimbursement, to rescheduling. I also have never heard of any doctor that hosts a Halloween party with free pizza and a featured comedian with his animal collections for his patients. And, during the pandemic time, sending his patients some really good brownie cookies that not only made their quarantine/ off-school days better but also supported a small business. The office has been very proactive in keeping patients informed about closed vs reopen time as well as the safety protocol we would follow upon our visits (wearing mask, only patient in the building, one way entrance and exit). I also like the fact that documents are electronic and paperless. Did I say Dr. Renjen is also a family man, a great father of four, all with beautiful smiles? I can’t say enough but I am so happy he was recommended to us.

We have had a great experience with Renjen! Their treatment plan and cost breakdown was straightforward from the beginning and appointments are convenient and quick. Dr. Renjen took the time and answered several questions that I had after our initial meeting and we are extremely happy with our decision to use them for our family’s orthodontic needs.
