Better Smile of WNY

I’ve been coming here for 2, maybe 3 years now? Everyone has always been kind in my experience. It’s also always a lovely time when I get my cleaning done by Jake. He makes sure you’re comfortable and does a thorough job with the cleaning, as well as with answering any questions you may have! I’ve gotten a couple of fillings here and haven’t had any issues with them personally. Either way, I highly recommend Jake! (:

This dentistry was great! My wife needed 3 root canals on her front teeth and one crown. They were very accommodating and were able to get my wife in and done fast with the help of other customers cancelations. Not only did they do a great job with the root canals and crown but they also whitened my wife's teeth 😬 first. My wife now has a million dollar smile 😃 😊

If your looking for a nice to place to get your teeth clean with nice honest people this is NOT the place. They lie to their patients they charge for things you dont office full of mean catty women id rather eat glass then go here leslie up at the front desk specializes In being unprofessional and loves to make patients cry if you call and tell them your in pain theyll tell you to overdose on ib profin and tyonal karen the tech in the back lies thro her teeth. She says shes going to do one thing but do another. This place needs to be shut down and they need to lose their licenses.

Took me three months to get an appointment for them to extract a tooth that cracked, and fill three fillings that fell out. All at the same time. This is the only place that has done work on these teeth. They accused me of lying about why I was there for the appointment. They then proceeded to tell me that they were not going to do any work on my teeth! They are insane and incompetent. Now going to the family dentist to fix their errors! Do not sit in one of those chairs thinking you are getting the appropriate care!!’ You’ll be very sorry!

The worst place ever, the receptionist who claims to be the office manager is a joke. I had a cavity that needed to be filled for months and finally had an appointment to do so, 2 days prior to my appointment, due to adding children onto my plan a week before that, my insurance was cancelled by mistake by NY State of health. I called that day, I got that all sorted out. On the day of my appointment , I get a call I have no insurance. I told the woman I did, I had the electronic card with all the information and she accused me of lying, stating that on her end she couldn’t access the insurance and I ended up yelling back that it wasn’t my fault she couldn’t see it on her computer. I had been going to this place for years. I hung up. Today, I get a text I have an appointment for next week, don’t know how as I didn’t make that appointment. I called to check because I wanted to make sure it was real, wanted the insurance to be figured out. Once the lady knew who I was she started again, accusing me of being an irresponsible adult, I was like omg let me just get my teeth fixed! I hung up on her as she was continuing to yell at me for no reason, she then called me back, I let it go to voicemail and her voice mail was that I was being dismissed from the practice. It’s unbelievable. Do not go here, they won’t let you talk to a manager or anything ( I asked repeatedly both times) , they clearly spread appointments out to gain insurance money and the dentist herself is not great. I wish I could do a review of -100/10 because the way this receptionist acted in this situation is insane. I just want my teeth fixed, that is all.
