Aspen Dental - Niagara Falls, NY

I ended up here with a dental emergency yesterday. It was a bit of a drive but the only place that could get me in. Every single member of this team was friendly, professional, and patient. My issue wasnt just straight forward. I needed medical clearance and currently have limitations due to medical circumstances. This team remained positive and diligent to find a solution to bring my pain to manageable until it can be fully resolved with a care plan to move forward. They even went over potential costs for when we get to that point. I made an appointment for 4pm at 3pm. Due to the drive I didnt get there til 4 and then had to get paperwork from my doctor which took another hour. This team did not pressure me or make me feel like an inconvenience. They assisted me and fit me in without hesitation. They made me feel welcomed and valued although I was a new patient. Truly 5 stars doesnt do justice.

I’ve been a patient here for several years now and I have always had the best experience at every appointment. The entire staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, fully informed and satisfied. The customer service is incredible and the quality of care is amazing, they genuinely care about their patients. They truly are the best! I recommend them to all my friends and family 😊

I really needed to see a dentist, after putting off care for at least a year. I was introduced to deep cleaning of my gums and teeth, and elected to get a Motto Aligner for my bottom teeth. I'm extremely happy with my improved smile, and deflated gums. The process was highly organized and very professional. Procedures are explained thoroughly, and payment options were explored. I was seen timely, and treated respectfully. I loved communicating with Nicole, the General Manager, and the team of beautiful ladies, from the Dentist to Dental Assistants, to Hygenist, to the Receptionist. The cost isn't cheap, yet I qualified for Care Credit, and consider it money well spent. I'm happy my gum health has finally been addressed, and that I still have all my teeth, so no complaints. Lol Great office environment with respectful workers.

Overall great experience going here everyone was very friendly and informative about my health. The price is high but they are willing to work with you by setting you up for a solid financial plan. Environment was clean and welcoming!

Wonderful service with friendly and diligent staff! Took my granddaughter for a routine visit and each step of her appointment was handled with great care. The staff were all very knowledgeable and the office was clean and comfortable even for our short wait! I highly recommend!
