Nice office with nice people that made visit great. Everyone I saw did a great job explaining what the processes are. Very futuristic tools they use to check your mouth.

The whole team was nice and friendly. Had a wonderful experience and connected personally with the operations manager Nicole. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends. Got my hubby to schedule an appointment with them too. They made me feel like family and not just another patient.

I ended up here with a dental emergency yesterday. It was a bit of a drive but the only place that could get me in. Every single member of this team was friendly, professional, and patient. My issue wasnt just straight forward. I needed medical clearance and currently have limitations due to medical circumstances. This team remained positive and diligent to find a solution to bring my pain to manageable until it can be fully resolved with a care plan to move forward. They even went over potential costs for when we get to that point. I made an appointment for 4pm at 3pm. Due to the drive I didnt get there til 4 and then had to get paperwork from my doctor which took another hour. This team did not pressure me or make me feel like an inconvenience. They assisted me and fit me in without hesitation. They made me feel welcomed and valued although I was a new patient. Truly 5 stars doesnt do justice.

Absolutely Terrible service! Wasted over 2 hours for a front tooth bonding that was not successful and still late for work ZERO STARS ..Wanted me to sign a false document!!(which i have) Visibly dirty dental utensils!!( I have a video but couldn't upload) Some of the staff was pleasant but overall very uncomfortable environment Quoted a price of 383.00$ for a front tooth chip bonding when I mentioned i had this done before then she found a cheaper price of 306.00$ Blames call center and new patient for the extremely long unsuccessful wait and not having knowledge about the specific location claimed they "penciled me in even though I made an appointment!!

I had a Very Pleasant Experience at Aspen Dental. The Nurses were Gentle as they took my X-rays. The Doctors are Great & took time to Discuss my Situations (in detail) with Care. Lastly, the Office Manager (Nicole) was as Personable as a Friend I've known for years. She was Really Attentive, Genuine and went Beyond to help.
