I had an amazing experience here! All staff are friendly, informative and professional. I had the Invisalign treatment done, and my teeth came out perfectly in about 9 months! The treatment is very affordable and includes other perks that other orthodontists in the area do not offer as well. I would highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Summit Dental enough. Their office is beautiful, clean, and more importantly, the staff is beyond kind and accommodating. Leah, my hygienist was so sweet and knowledgeable. The ladies at the front desk were very sweet as well and funny. I had an amazing first appointment and I’m so glad I found this place! I’m not one to take the time to write reviews… but hands down this office and the people are simply the best.

Dr. Grossman and his team are incredible. I recently had a baseball accident that resulted in the loss of my front tooth and trauma to several other teeth. They have been so amazing in helping me recover and were even able to make me a temporary tooth so I didn’t have to be without a tooth for several weeks while I wait for my implant. Thank you so much, your whole office is the best!!

Always have a great interaction at Dr. Grossman’s office!! Feels like family!

I’ve been at Summit Dental Group with my family since 2011. Never have we had a bad experience UNTIL May 21st of 2024. A new hygienist named Nicole took over in Dr. Grossman’s team. She took my minor child back and never called me back in as they have done in the past and as I request. I asked after not hearing and they let me in, only to hear Nicole’s remark “mom, you need to cut the cord”. I overlooked it and we moved on to my turn. Right as I sat down, she said “we need to have a talk! And shared what was wrong. When I said I didn’t know things were that bad, she aggressively stated that all the other hygienists noted the problem and that I needed to make time to take care of myself or I wouldn’t have any teeth left.” None. Of the other hygienists ever said those things to make it sound as though things were as bad as a Nicole said they were. Nicole mentioned I had missed several cleaning appointments over the last year. That’s because my husband had been laid off over Covid and he had emergency Issues that needed dental care first. We could only afford for him and our minor child. I set myself on the back burner to wait. I left in the middle of the appointment but had to oust through Nicole as she refused to let me leave and was trying to hold me in the room. I went straight to Jess at the desk in utter tears. Told her I was leaving and haven’t been back with exception to getting all our records to transfer. I love the staff there. Jess is AMAZING and has such a heart for people. So does Sharon the receptionist. Never had a problem with them. What I was sad and disappointed about, was Dr. Grossman NEVER came out to apologize, never even called to say “let’s get you back in with someone else to finish the job” or did anything to rectify the situation. YEARS with his practice and he didn’t acknowledge anything. It was heartbreaking. I and my family have left his practice. If you encounter Nicole the hygienist, RUN don’t walk out of the practice. Her personal opinion matters above doing her job (cleaning teeth, taking pictures and encouraging patients who may be going through hard times that she knows nothing about)
