Didn’t even make it to the appointment! I called this place FOUR MONTHS AGO to schedule an appointment for my son. Initially they said they could get him in the following week! I jumped on the appointment and was very excited to get the ball rolling for my son. The next day I got a call that they had to reschedule the appointment because of my son’s insurance. So I made an appointment for 2 months later. Still a typical wait for a new patient so I was fine with it. When that appointment came closer, I got ANOTHER call that the appointment had to be rescheduled. I was a bit annoyed but rescheduled again. This time, waiting 2 more months! FINALLY that appointment came. I requested time off of work and wrote my son a note to get out of school. The day before the appointment, this office calls me and leaves me a voicemail that they’re canceling my appointment all together. Confused, I called them back. They said sorry we don’t take your insurance. But had the wrong insurance info! I explained that my son has had the same insurance since he’s been born, and that wasn’t it - to which the woman over the phone, Nancy I believe, blamed me for this error! Stating that I gave them the wrong information. I moved past her blame game and gave the correct info AGAIN - only for her to call me back shortly after that and state that they don’t that THAT insurance either. I waited FOUR months for them to tell me they don’t take the insurance? Shouldn’t they have told me that INITIALLY? And when I questioned that I was told “well, we have a lot of new people here. Maybe you should check your list of who takes your insurance before calling and making an appointment somewhere.” To which I responded “maybe you should train your employees to know what insurances you take!” FOUR MONTHS wasted! Now my son has to start all over again. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

We have had such a great experience with Owl Orthodontics. All staff are very friendly and caring! Treatment plan was laid out from the start and very clear so we knew what to expect along the way.

I have taken two of my children to Owl so far for their braces - and am about to embark on my 3rd! My two older ones have the most beautiful smiles now - and they started out with some pretty crazy crooked teeth! My experience with Owl has been so positive. The staff is so friendly and professional. Scheduling is so easy - and we never wait for more than 5 minutes. They are able to fit us in for emergencies whenver we need them - and they are always flexible with scheduling. We have never had one single problem and my kids are very comfortable going there- and are so happy with their smiles! And, believe it or not, my little one can't wait to get her braces! :)

I put four of my children through Owl Orthodontics. Two of them are now brace free with Amazing Smiles, two of them are almost out of braces. Dr. Doug and his staff have been wonderful, they worked with me in anyway they could to accommodate appointments and set up fair and reasonable finances for the best interest for my family. They also give away special little bonuses with contests and drawings, which is a nice way to give back to their clients. OWL has been absolutely wonderful.

Super awesome care! Super friendly staff... although I never get the name of the person working in my daughter 🙄 sorry!! Not that it matters because they are all great! We just started the journey, but I’m confident we will love the outcome!
