Dr.Danny Kang is absolutely amazing. He is very attentive and listens to your concerns. He also took time out of his day to answer any questions I had before my son had surgery. Additionally, he very was accommodating to my wants and needs for my son. I absolutely reccomend this office for your little ones.
Took my almost 3 year old and 1 year old sons there and couldn't be more happy. The whole team present as very caring and helpful. From the front desk to the assistants and Drs they made my boys feel very comfortable. I was so worried with it being their first time and really wanted to make sure they receive the best dental care from an early age. I'm so happy I came across this place. I totally understand why they're so booked. Amazing place for kids!
I definitely have to rewrite my previous review. Initially, I had a hard time getting in touch to make an appointment as a new patient for my kids. But after experiencing this place firsthand, I regretted everything I said. What an amazing experience! My three-year-old son, who usually can’t sit still, was calmly sitting and having a blast while the doctor and nurses did their work. And remember — this is a dentist’s office! Most people dread going to the dentist, but this place completely changed my perspective. They have so many dentist doctors available, which makes scheduling easier and ensures you’re always in good hands. The nurses and doctors were incredibly patient and caring. You could genuinely feel how much they treat each child like their own family member. Now I understand why “family” is part of their name. They also have a TV hanging on top. If you have kids and are nervous about taking them to the dentist, I highly recommend bringing them here. You won’t regret it!
I am deeply disappointed and disturbed by how this pediatric office handled my son’s care. For almost a month, I called over and over again, left multiple voicemails, and never received a single call back. I was even told a manager would follow up with me, and that never happened. It became very clear early on that they intentionally were ignoring my calls and voicemails. My 6 year old was refused care over a balance I was never properly informed about, even though we already had a payment plan in place. No one ever warned me that my child would be denied treatment or discharged from the practice if the balance wasn’t completely paid off. There was no phone call, no letter, no portal message, and no outreach. They also claimed the balance was sent to collections, but have yet to provide the name of the agency, and that agency also, has never contacted me. Meanwhile, the stainless steel caps they installed on my son’s teeth are breaking after only two years. We were told to call immediately if anything looked off or broken because it would be considered a medical emergency. That is exactly why I reached out. Instead of addressing an urgent problem affecting my child’s health, they ignored every attempt I made to get their help. I am 100% willing to pay the balance so my child can receive care, but instead of this office communicating with me, offering a plan, or even acknowledging the situation, they chose to ignore all contact and let a child sit with a dental emergency for weeks. Even if a private practice is legally allowed to deny care over an unpaid balance, it is completely unethical to refuse emergency treatment to a 6 year old without any communication or attempt to work with the family. No child should ever be punished because a medical office refuses to answer the phone, and on purpose at that. Parents, please hear me out, children with sensory needs, communication challenges, or medical sensitivities cannot afford to be ignored, delayed, or dismissed during an emergency. The lack of urgency and communication here can be harmful for any child, but it can be devastating for a neurodivergent one, as well as their family. The only reason I was able to get a response at all was because my son’s dentist (a completely different office) had to contact them for me. That alone tells you everything!!!! I strongly encourage families to be cautious before trusting this office with their child’s care, especially if your child has special needs or is on the spectrum. Shame on you!
I honestly can’t express how thankful I am for the experience my autistic son and I had at this office. This was his very first dental visit, and as expected, he had a few moments where he became upset. Not once did anyone make us feel embarrassed or rushed. Instead, the staff showed so much patience, understanding, and compassion. When I apologized for his tantrum, they kindly responded, “It’s okay, we’re here for HIM.” That simple sentence meant everything to me. It made me feel seen, supported, and safe. It spoke volumes about the kind of care they provide. They broke down his treatment plan in a way that was easy for me to understand, and they took the time to make sure we had a clear path forward. The atmosphere was top-tier bright, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. For any parent with a child on the spectrum, especially experiencing a first dental visit, this is the kind of team you hope for. They were patient, gentle, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. I couldn’t ask for a better experience for my son. Five stars without hesitation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
