This was the worst experience of my life time I highly recommend no one go to this place especially for the first time my whole mouth hurts like I got hit by a car and also I can’t even sleep and for all of this it got to the point it started affecting on how I was eating I couldn’t eat at all and even when I tried soft food as I got as recommended I couldn’t even eat that this place is a whole nightmare and to this point I’m even getting my braces removed on the second day because of all of this and if I end up in the hospital because I haven’t ate because of my teeth and my mouth I would highly contact a whole lawyer to sue because of all the damages I faced and how my health have been once I get my braces off I would never be coming to this place and would love to take my business elsewhere and also the man that did my braces took 10 minutes just looking at the sky and my teeth like he was thinking about life I’m confused on why but I didint even get numbed it was all just straight up bye and after my braces are off I would no longer want any contact

They are not HIPAA compliant. Refused to give me my medical records unless I paid a fee for moving my services elsewhere and only told me that after 3 months of trying to get my records and moving. I moved and could no longer attend this site. An orthodontic company or dentist cannot legally refuse to give you your dental records. You have a legal right to access your medical and dental files, including X-rays, treatment plans, and photos. The federal law gives patients the right to see and get copies of their health records. New York laws also require dental offices to give patients their records upon request. I had no unpaid bills. I requested these formally and filled out the paperwork they said they required to release my records. Still didn't get them. Been calling, emailing, and asking for them for months. My progress has been stalled in that time and potentially worsened because I haven't been able to see anyone to make sure because they have my records. I have no choice now but to call the Dental Board and file a formal complaint. What a waste of time and total lack of care for patients.

I usually have a good experience here but this is the second time I disappointed. My daughter has an appointment at 1.30 pm we got there 1.20 pm waited to be called for 40 mins but nothing and I know they’re going to have lunch at 2-3 pm. So I asked them if I can come back at 3 because I have to pick up my another daughter. They said yes so they moved me to 3 pm appointment. I came back paid Uber for 20$ right on time and they said they signed me in when they saw me. From 3 pm I waited until 4.25 pm. I went to asked how long more because it’s like another 1.30 hours and they said oh they took my daughter out from the schedule and they didn’t see me sit waiting. They said they thought I left. Well, what’s the point for me rushing back paid 20$ Uber to show my face and left? Now I have to wait 2 more weeks for this appointment.
