“Open at 10”. It’s 10:33am and I’m waiting. My visit for today is to get more rubber bands because they didn’t give me enough. Which fine. & I get if you’re running late but damn.

Came in super early for my appointment and was seen almost right away. X Ray & photos were done in less than 15 mins. Nicool was fun, positive and transparent. Had a negative experience the week prior at diamond braces Bay Plaza, so I Really appreciated the smoothness and professionalism of my appointment and haven’t my insurance verified before my visit. Dr Park was the cherry on top, a breath of fresh air. Happy I found Co op orthodontics
