Absolutely LOVE Dr Haltoms orthodontics everyone in the office is so professional and kind Gwen who actually did my braces 20 years ago was still there and sweet as ever! Thank you to Yvonne who applied my daughters braces you did an amazing job!

I got my braces here about 17 to 18 years ago. They did an amazing job, initially. My teeth were straight and they had fixed a severe impending overbite. I had two permanent retainers with no problems for many, many years. Last year, I was eating at Red Robin when I bit into an onion ring and it broke the bar of my permanent retainer. I called Haltom immediately. They got me in ASAP but did a half ass job removing only half the bar. This was because they were about to close and they aren’t open Fridays, well fast forward they get me in on the following Monday by then, my teeth had significantly shifted. The lady orthodontist suggested that they then add a chain rubber band to be placed on my top teeth, This chain that they put had ruined my teeth and caused my teeth to shift outward. When I went back they claimed that it’s natural shifting over years when all this happened in about 5 days time. They ruined my teeth on purpose so they could charge me to then fix them, again. I was so unhappy and shocked with the entire process as it all could have been avoided had they NOT been more inclined to be off for the long weekend rather than tend to a dental patients emergency. I am so disappointed, I have made plans at Success Smiles to fix the damage that has been done here at Haltom Orthodontic office. Success Smiles did an amazing job on my daughters braces so I have high hopes switching to them to fix the mess
