Great experience here as a new patient! The office is spacious and comfortable, check in was seamless. The staff is awesome and Dr. Hand is very friendly and professional. She cares! Also got the best cleaning I’ve ever had. Lillian is very gentle and thorough. Glad I came in…😁

Me and my wife had a great experience at Eagle pointe getting our dental cleaning. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They took the time to explain every step of the process, which really helped us feel comfortable and at ease. We never felt rushed, and questions were answered clearly. I recently took my three-year-old for a quick dental check-up at Dr. Stephanie Zarrasola and Dr. Amanda Hand’s office, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire team was kind, patient, and made my child feel completely at ease from start to finish. Dr. Zarrasola and Dr. Hand both have such a gentle and reassuring approach — it made the visit smooth and positive for both of us. The assistants were just as wonderful, engaging my child in a way that turned what could’ve been a stressful appointment into a really easy one. The office is welcoming and well-organized, and it’s clear they truly care about their young patients. Highly recommend for any parents looking for a great pediatric dental experience!

I was scheduled for a biopsy today. Prior to coming in, I called & gave my insurance information. I was told that they accept my dental insurance. Then I ask for a estimate for the biopsy. Jessica Hernandez said "that baby is 320.00, she said sorry we don't get many biopsy's in here". I said great, I have 1500.00 left on my dental insurance, that will be more than enough to cover it.I thanked her & hung up. I drove in 35 miles today & she and Cody said this will be 320.00 cash today. I said excuse me? I didn't know that I was going to be charged. Jessica Hernandez said " Oh yes you did, I told you it would be cash". I said I was a nurse for 14 years and I would have remember somebody telling me 320.00 cash!! I'm on disability.I don't have that. She argued with me. Then smirked. I was forced to sign a payment plan to get my biopsy. I was told they couldn't bill my dental because there was " no claim" yet. This is all very shady... Dental insurance is to be filed if they say they accept it! Very unprofessional folks. I might contact BBB in Albuquerque. Beware before going in & giving your bank card. They should be using your insurance card.

Dr. Amanda Hand is wonderful! She's very professional, very kind and caring. And she does amazing work! I don't have second thoughts about going to the dentists anymore, because Dr. Hand and her associates are great and make it an easy going, stress free experience. 5 stars all around ✨️ 👍
