Friendliest staff. They take good care of me. Lillian is an attentive and caring hygienist while Prissma was warm and friendly. I would not go anywhere else.

Dr. Hand and her staff go above and beyond to make sure you’re heard, comfortable, and understand your options. I’m terrified of dentists and I didn’t feel a thing from the numbing to the procedure. They had great payment options and truly care for who is in their chair. I would 100/10 recommend this office and Dr. Hand to my family, friends, and anyone looking for great patient care.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What can I NOT say about Eagle Pointe Dentists and Orthodontics?! The entire staff is absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk through the front door to the time you’re taken back to be seen, everyone makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Z has made each of my visits easy and comfortable, and Dr. Hand makes the entire process feel easy and smooth. I especially have to recognize Dayamis, who is an AMAZING dental assistant! She truly has to be one of the best. Every time I’m there, she makes sure I’m comfortable, explains what’s going to happen, and checks in with me throughout the visit to make sure I’m okay. That means more to me than she probably realizes. Before coming here, I had a pretty serious fear of going to the dentist. Other offices have helped me along the way, but Eagle Pointe has truly taken that worry away. I’m no longer scared to come in and be seen and I think that says everything about the kind of care this office provides. I would absolutely recommend Eagle Pointe Dentists and Orthodontics to anyone looking for a dentist. They genuinely care about their patients and will take great care of you! ❤️🦷

I should've left when their billing person came in and sat down beside the dentist chair and told me I would need to take out a line of credit in addition to my good employer insurance plan coverage to get a cleaning & crown, but I thought going to a more expensive dentistry office might afford me better care, so I went for it. Instead, Dr. Hand sanded away my entire tooth before attaching the crown, then broke it while filing it away to adjust it down to a flat surface before breaking it in half. Then, after replacing that one, it broke again barely 6 months later. Today she again rushed through replacing it with with her hamfisted, jabbing fingers, and it's going to need adjustment, but I'm not going back.

The dentist and other staff members are friendly and professional. Thanks to all at Eagle Pointe on behalf of my husband and myself.
