Comfort Dental Braces - Cottonwood

This was my first time at this office. I went in for an ortho consult. My appointment was at 1 PM so I get there early and the girl says do you have an appointment? I said yes at one she said that’s impossible. The doctors are at lunch from 1 to 2. Your appointment is at two and I said no I have it in my calendar and the text message but she convinced me that it was at 2 PM. I said that’s fine. I’ll just go kill an hour around here and I’ll be back at 2pm. I get back at 2 PM and she says you don’t have an appointment. I said you just told me to come back in an hour. Turns out she only helps the regular dentist customers and the ortho customers are helped by somebody else. She assured me that they would still see me so I sat down and waited for the ortho girl to call me. She calls me and says you missed your appointment. It was at 1 PM. I told her what happened and she didn’t care. She said we can get you in in a couple of weeks. If you can imagine I had just wasted an hour of my time waiting around for them and then they didn’t even want to help me. Things were not going good and then another lady stepped in who was the manager. I forget her name, but she was very kind and understanding and saw what was happening. She stepped in and took care of the situation once I went back and dealt with her at the ortho dentist everything was fine. Hopefully this conserve as noticed to people that if you are an ortho patient or will be, there are different people to help you and not the girl sitting in the front. The young lady who made the mistake apologized, but the other ones never did.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Medical assistant explained what she'd be doing. Dentist was very gentle and explained everything well. Hygienist was very professional and friendly. Each staff member that I interacted with was wonderful! Highly recommend this fantastic group of people and always a great experience with a very knowledgeable staff of professionals! Best possible experience for that undesirable trip of going to the dentist. Thank you guys.

You will feel confident with the care this team offers. I've been seeing a regular dentist at this location for years and won't go anywhere else. My daughter is now being seen by the braces team and we couldn't be happier. They offer affordable pay options as well and affordable start up costs.

I drive 2 hours every month for my teen daughter to get the best treatment for braces and pay out of pocket. We chose this specific office because she is a patient on the dental side with dr. Bo(who is amazing). However the braces portion of employees are not as friendly as the dental employees. My daughter has had several appointments where the girls were not gentle enough and had wires that were not placed properly and had irritation on her cheek. The first 2 visits were amazing but unfortunately now that has changed significantly.

Had a very good experience these past few years with comfort dental. They worked with me when I was in hardship and unable to make a payment at one point. They always sent confirmation reminders to remind me of appointments. Also, every staff member I came into contact with was always very kind and helpful. They always did their job to the best of their ability. I would recommend this office to others. Thank you comfort dental! So happy to have my braces off!
