Ive shared my view for KindeSmile Community Dentistry. 1. No one ever so kind, gentle and authentic as Dr. Nicole. 2. Dr. Nicole truly has demonstrated her love of the communities that she serves and goes beyond the call-of- duty in caring for her patients. * We all can learn from her chosen God given path. * I'll always give adoration for the truth. * If you required exceptional assistance, there are two offices to serve you and your families needs. *** Hopefully, there will be more offices forth coming in the near future. Our Country can really learn something from the services Dr. Nicole and her staff put forth daily. Thank you Dr. Nicole and the exemplary staff members! Mattie Cramer RN

I've had my cleanings and a few fillings done here over the years, and every visit has been a great experience. All staff have been friendly, professional and patient, and always make sure you feel comfortable and explain everything thoroughly. It's great to have affordable dental care in a welcoming environment where you feel you are truly in good hands!

While they are great with the kids they are HORRIBLE with respecting one's time. They give you 15 minutes grace to get to your appointment and after which you'll have to reschedule - not my issue but I've seen how they've dealt with others. My issue is the canceling of appointments on their end but not calling the patient. Today, my child had a 10am appointment and we arrived at 9:50am only for them to say - oh her appointment is cancelled, like it's no big deal. My daughter needs a note from school but because she wasn't serviced, they won't give her a note. Now I requested to speak with someone on charges because this is the 3rd time this issue has occurred. No one available to speak to me. This is very UNPROFESSIONAL. Please take note, they don't respect people's time but make a big deal when one is running late. Oh and let's not forget they have no parking lot and parking in their area is hard to find. I've spent 20 minutes trying to find parking. Now they're claiming the Executive Director won't be on until later and no one else is available to speak with me but that she'll give me a call sometime today🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ UPDATE: Yes they finally gave me a letter at 10:15am stating she left at 10am. With respect to confirming, I did and the response email is attached. Where does it ask you to confirm again?

My experience was awesome the dr walked me through everything and was so gentle thank to the nurse as well she was super nice I can’t wait to go back have a good day merry Christmas
