Both of my sons had braces with Dr. DeSimone and had two fantastic experiences! I’m a stickler for customer service and the entire staff is incredible - consistently friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They’ve created a warm environment for patients and their families - something that was very important for me when looking for an orthodontist in addition to a high standard of treatment. From the first time, I walked into the office for my consultation until my last day getting my braces off, I knew I was in good hands with Dr. De Simone and her team of amazing women. I highly recommend Dr. De Simone for any of your orthodontic work. She is a true professional and expert. As an older woman getting braces on her teeth, it was kinda nice to have a great support group there every time I would go. While I am very happy after 3+ years that my braces are finally off I am sad that I won’t get to see the ladies.
