Even if you insurance cover this location DO NOT come, the only available slot for a simple cleaning was 7 months in advance, 20 days left for my appointment day, the office sent me a notification telling me that my appointment date was rescheduled to march (6 more months to go) Such a scam I’m so pissed about this do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place

Always greeted with pleasant staff. You know what cleanings are like, but she is always fantastic and explains everything. Been using them for over 20 years.

All I can say is I enjoyed my time and visit and I really mean that. Great staff amazing atmosphere!

I strongly advise against going here. The service was good and I enjoyed chatting with the people, but I was assured that for my basic clean that all I would need to pay was my copay. I didn’t get anything extra so you can imagine my surprise when I then got a $150 bill for it. I called and emailed asking for clarification on what these additional charges were, because they had assured me they accepted my insurance. They never picked up my call/returned my voicemail or emailed me back, and that happened over 2 months ago. Would not recommend despite the good dental care because of the hoops you have to go through with insurance with them and their lack of response. Edit: I was in a place where I did not have wifi, and I did not know I had a bill for months (part of the reason I confirmed with them that it would be covered by my insurance), they sent a debt collector after me who persisted even after I had paid it, and with me and the debt collector reaching out to this business it took them from October to March to tell the debt collector I had paid it, and that was only after I mentioned that I would be bringing it up to the BBB if they didn’t fix it and it hurt my credit score.

I wasn’t too happy with yesterday’s visit. I felt more could’ve been done or a referral to someone that can help. Dr. Maldonado is my dentist but I was not pleased with this visit
