The JC Dental team has been helping me with dental care for the past 5 years. It’s easy to do Appointments, get estimates, and detailed bills. Dr Pham is amazing. She listens, checks thoroughly, explains treatment options, has helped save my teeth for various challenges, and gives advice on prevention and maintenance.

Only went here because it’s in-network with my insurance. Felt uneasy during every visit. Came in as a new patient, now I’ve spent almost $1,000 with insurance and 4 visits. Had my first cleaning, and walked out with diagnosis of 3 cavities and a cavity restoration procedure. Should’ve gotten a second opinion from another dentist, now I’m stuck with permanent changes to my teeth. Front desk is clueless - dentist clearly said I had a two part procedure that needed the lab to make a tooth mold requiring a follow up visit, but front desk tried to tell me it can all be done in one visit. This is logistically impossible… Then billing - I asked for an itemized receipt for HSA reimbursement, front desk said they emailed. I checked, it’s only what I paid for that visit not including the deposit I paid already and was not itemized. I finally convinced them I needed to book 2 visits for the cavity restoration procedure. After part 1 was done, I went to check out and front desk asked if I wanted to do the follow-up on the same visit as the upcoming appointment I already booked - which was specifically for part 2…I’m so confused why she even asked. I also clearly flagged to the dentist I used a retainer prior to booking part 1 appointment, even the dentist made a comment from looking at my teeth said I must had orthodontics done. After part 1 of the procedure was done, I asked if I should wear my retainer while waiting for the mold because the temporary filling is using the adjacent tooth for support - which would be problematic for wearing a retainer. She scolded me saying I should have mentioned I wore a retainer before they even started working on my tooth for part 1 that day. But they should already know I wore a retainer!!! And don’t get me started on the dental assistants… they too are clueless. I can hear the dentist repeating her instructions several times to the assistant. They brought in the wrong tools and I can hear the dentist repeating her instructions to the assistant to get the right tool. Several times the assistant is jabbing the vacuum tube into my cheek and down my throat - so uncomfortable. The 3 cavities they worked on resulted in flattening the tops of my teeth, I don’t feel any grooves in them anymore. And the texture feels like dried up chewing gum. So weird, never had cavity fillings like this before. I literally close my eyes and pray the whole time during all of these procedures that I come out alive and my face/jaw are in tact.

Excellent experience. The dentists are very kind and the process for dental cleaning and extraction went smoothly. Highly recommend.

Excellent Service! We had been looking for a dentist for our family and glad to have stumbled on this place over internet! All our appointments here was a breeze! Front desk staff are so nice & approachable! (Always a plus since they’re the one who will let you feel comfortable) the minute you enter their office! The services we had were all great! From the dentists assistants, hygienist and of course, the Dentists were great! My husband and our 2 teens were happy with their experiences. One more thing that we really appreciate was when they took in my husband for a short notice. Nowadays, it’s so difficult to get appointment. So, we are really grateful for that! The office is clean! Something that you will look for on this kind of services! Been here a few times and the wait to have your turn is not that long! I love the fact that they don’t overbooked and let their patients wait for an hour or so before you get in the room. We had that in our previous dentist’s office. If you have dental anxieties, rest assured, JC Dental & Implant Studio will take care of you. I have been coming here for a few years ever since I moved to JC and been here for all things dental including cleanings to implants. I had prior very painful experience with implants and was hesistant. Both Dr. Pham and Dr. Lee have amazing hands and made this experience very smooth. Great bedside manners too. The whole team is amazing.
