Columbia Dental - Hamilton

Unfortunately, this was the worst dental experience I have had. The services are overpriced, and professionalism was lacking. During one visit, I was asked to leave the office due to an insurance payment issue related to a previous crown procedure. Less than a year later, the crown failed, and when I returned seeking a solution, I was informed that additional payment would be required. The overall experience gave the impression that financial matters were prioritized over patient care. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office.

I would first like to say the staff there was AMAZING! There was a little wait, as to be expected as i had to do paper work. While doing so the front desk girl was very helpful. when i got to the back the room was very neat, and had a lovely pic on the screen with some good oldies which i love. The assistant was nice and friendly she made me very comfortable. When the doctor came in i was very surprised by how she took her time and explained my plan and answered all my questions i give the people a rating 10/10!

It was wonderful experience i had today! First with the warm welcoming and helpful receptionist. And talk about the staff ! Incredible environment and even better work ! I left there smiling looking brand new. Thanks everyone they went above and beyond for me today .

Each visit consistently provides the highest level of service; the medical professionals here are truly exceptional. I am VERY and TRULY grateful to Dr. Pandya for successfully restoring my smile. Her approach was characterized by notable kindness and gentleness. When I experienced apprehension, she provided thorough reassurance, significantly alleviating my concerns.
