The worst experience i’ve ever had at a dentists office, the receptionist is so unprofessional not sure how she still has a job there, she practically kept yelling at the person wanting to reschedule and then continued to yell at me when i asked whether the dentist was ready. Beware!!!

The pediatric dentist was patient and the supporting staff was a blessing. Great experience

They are very punctual with their time and very precise with their work.Staff is very friendly and helpful with making appointments.The Orthodontist is gentle and does a great job.This is the best place to go for dental work.

The hospitality is very poor, especially at the reception—there’s no proper welcome, they don’t know how to smile. For instance, I had an appointment booked and confirmed—even over the phone—but when I arrived, they rescheduled it for an hour and a half later, and I had to wait. The appointment itself went well, though; the girl, Sam, did her job perfectly. So “0” star for hospitality and for Sam and Doctor Rose “5” star. You must hire people with great hospitality to provide exceptional customer service in order to run a good business.

I had gotten braces here a couple of years ago, and the entire experience wasn't the greatest. Having them on wasn't the issue, but initially getting them and having them taken off was an issue. When it came time for them to be taken off, I left with my gums all cut up and bleeding for a week and a half afterward. Brushing my teeth looked like a bloodbath for days, and it was very painful. The process of receiving my plastic retainers wasn't great either. At the time, there was a worker who I believe was gaining experience with an internship, and she was tasked to do my mold for my teeth. She kept messing up and had to restart, and didn't seem so confident on the final try. After actually receiving the retainers and trying them on, I noticed there was a decent gap between the retainer and my teeth. The dentist at the time reassured me and said it would be fine, but now my teeth have slightly shifted back because the retainers don't fit. I don't believe they ever truly fully fit my teeth, and they should've been redone. I can only speak on my experience regarding braces at this location. Perhaps they may exceed in other departments, but as far as braces go, I would not fully reccomend unfortunately.
