I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Pitts and his entire team! From my first visit to the day my treatment wrapped up, I always felt well taken care of and completely confident in their care. Dr. Pitts is not only skilled and detail-oriented, but he also takes the time to explain every step, which made the whole process stress-free. The staff deserves a big shoutout, too — everyone is friendly, professional, and incredibly welcoming. From the front desk to the technicians, they make every visit a positive experience. The office runs smoothly, appointments are always on time, and I genuinely look forward to my visits. My smile has never looked better, and I’m so thankful I chose Dr. Pitts and his wonderful staff. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch orthodontic care!

We love the team and vibe at Pitts! Lively, full of character, and always bustling… much more fun than the sterile environments I’d typically expect for oral healthcare. Kudos to Pitts and their whole team for being different and making great smiles all around.

My daughter has been coming here for a couple of years. We are finally moving forward with treatment, it has been a long time of wait and watch. They are friendly. It reminds me alot of the orthodontist office in South Dakota we used for our 3 older kids.

I had a fantastic experience with the entire team at Pitts Orthodontics. Throughout my whole treatment, everyone was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. The office is clean and well-equipped with the latest technology, which made each visit smooth and efficient. My treatment results exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier!
