Thanks to this place for getting my kiddos smile looking GREAT!! The dentists and techs here are awesome (all of them). Front staff is so kind and attentive as well. Never have had any issues with anything here and I’m so happy with the level of service provided. Thanks again!!

We absolutely love our orthodontist office! The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and every doctor we’ve seen has been amazing. They are incredibly patient and so great with kids, which makes every visit stress-free. We truly appreciate the care and kindness shown to our family and highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a wonderful orthodontic experience.

Dr.Mungcal has always done a excellent job with my kids and there smiles my oldest daughter got her braces off and the results were fabulous as well as that he also now is working on my youngest daughter who received her braces just recently and is starting the process the care we received not only from Him but as well as from his assistant tristin who removed my oldest daughters braces and installed me youngest braces they were kind made us enjoy our experience they were gentle, compassionate and even made my kids laugh. I would recommend legendary smiles to anyone. I also love how even they see tons of people throughout there day they remembered me and my oldest daughter and got to meet my youngest it shows not only they care just about there work but also the people they meet and change there lives by giving them a whole new smile that they love. Thank you Dr.Mungcal and Trisitn you guys are amazing.

Buckle up for my story time, This my second visit to the Neil location, my first visit wasn’t great mostly my low rating is due to one staff member. I believe her name is Melissa or Marissa I’m unsure she’s pregnant though. She’s very unprofessional, rude, uncaring. My first visit with my child I kept having to ask her what she was doing because she would just shove things in his mouth and kept brushing off our questions. She showed no regard to my son comfort in doing something new for the first time. This second visit of 11-18-25 i had the the same rude staff member I had to fire her from my son care because she again refused to acknowledge our questions or concerns my son gagged so hard he vomited I had to keep telling her to suction him because he was throwing up, she had no urgency at all to help him. Another staff member young blonde super sweet, amazing I don’t have her name my apologies came up to ask if she needed help with suction she denied and just kept belittling my sons discomfort and what I mean by belittling is she kept saying it’s ok over and over again and just saying oh trust me you don’t want to have to redo the glue that I’m putting on him because that’s worse. I nearly lost it. I really hope you get retraining on this job again. Do better for your next patients, you are a behavior is a reason why patients dread appointments. I asked her that it was best if she got someone else to help us because her attitude and energy is horrible and I no longer want her helping out with my son’s treatment. The second star is your amazing staff member I am unaware of her name. She came in so gentle and helpful. She explained everything to me and my son asked him if he was ok while giving him treatment , got some giggles outta him, actually treated him like a patient not an inconvenience. Thank you for stepping in and being amazing!

Melissa is fantastic and the communication was spot on! Looking forward to continuing care with Legendary :)
