I came in for a consultation and Dr. Kim and Serena were very welcoming and super accommodating when trying to fit me into the schedule. He gave a thorough explanation of my scans (even caught something that other orthos didn’t mention during consultation) and set clear expectations of what would be the best treatment and what needs to be cleared with my dentist before he could proceed with treatment. Unfortunately, I’m not a candidate for aligners but he did have clear braces as an alternative. I appreciate the honesty and how informative he was during the consultation. We talked a bit about his military background and I thought it was reassuring that he had exposure to some extreme cases during his time in service. Still haven’t made a decision on who I would go to yet but Dr. Kim is definitely a top contender due to his thoroughness and affordability.

Dr. Kim is an exceptional Orthodontist. You can tell he has the experience and compassion this sort of job needs. I had a great visit and will definitely return if I require his services again. I would recommend him to anyone!

I decided to start my treatment here after a free consultation where everything was explained clearly and patiently, which made starting braces for the first time feel much less intimidating. Since I just started braces, the inside of my mouth has been sore and irritated, but they listened carefully and explained exactly how to manage it and what to do to feel more comfortable. I felt genuinely cared for throughout the process. The overall experience has been excellent. The care feels thoughtful, personal, and well-organized. They were also very flexible and accommodating with scheduling, especially since my treatment overlaps with my wedding. Even though the office is newly opened, everything has exceeded my expectations. I’m extremely happy with my experience so far and would highly recommend this office.
