My son was a client for over a year. We did not change and go elsewhere due to my son has ASD and the same place was best. The staff did well with him. The Ortho was not welcoming and cold. Problems were the cancellations, lack of communication, and the major price increases. During our time here, we needed to confirm most appointments and were always told their system was down, blamed another staff, or asked to go to their other location. At no time, accountability was a standard. My son completed phase one braces and we will not be returning for the second phase.

This place is excellent!! Crystal made the process of my daughter of getting braces easy and affordable. I would not have been able to do it anywhere else. I’m so glad I found this place
