Excellent and caring staff. I have had several children use them now and everytime I felt truly cared about and listened to. Dr McCallister is never too busy to take time to answers questions or concerns and everyone throughly explains the next steps and expectations at every visit. The kids have felt comfortable going and with 2 kiddos with special needs, that means the world....I would drive hours out of my way just for how McCallister Orthodontics handles our orthodontic needs.

We always have the best experience with everyone at McAllister! They greet you with a friendly welcome at the door and the doctors and staff are thorough and kind- always willing to have extra conversations and never rushing us out the door. The automated monthly billing makes the entire experience run smoothly too.

We went December of last year under request of our kids dentist. They were so friendly and kind. Not only that, but they also were realistic with us & informed us that our kid wasnt ready for orthodontia quite yet, instead of just doing it anyway for the money. Honesty is always our favorite policy when it comes to businesses.

This isn't my first review as I was treated here several years ago-this time is on behalf of my daughter. She was a little nervous for her consultation but everyone made her feel right at home and she already can't wait to come back. As always, Dr. McAllister and his team were very open and honest about their plan for us. We're looking forward to continuing our journey with the next member of our family!
