VFD Innovative Dental

I am very bitter and disappointed. We chose the dentist based on Google reviews where they only praised the place. First, since it was an emergency, they could only give me an appointment two days later, even though they knew I was in the hospital because of my pain. I waited because there were excellent reviews about the dentist. First, they injured my mouth with their X-ray, and the assistant said it was because my mouth was small... my first thought was, it's good that there's not a child sitting in the operating chair. Then the doctor came who polished two and said he hoped it would be okay. Thank you for all of this, $300. It's been less than a week since I've been there, I've been taking painkillers since then and my tooth hurts again, they can't give me an appointment for that. Let's say we're a family of 3 children, we have to drop the kids in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon, there's 6 hours in between or I can arrange it later if necessary, but 8 in the morning and 3 in the afternoon is not good. Then unfortunately they can't do anything... this is unacceptable and I feel like I paid so much money unnecessarily. I could have thrown the money in the trash.

Morgan has been my hygienist for years, and she is always friendly, kind, and thorough, making every cleaning comfortable and informative. Dr. Vacek always greets me with a smile and provides thoughtful guidance for keeping your teeth healthy and your smile confident. Sheila, Becky, and Audrey were all incredibly helpful, making my visit easy and positive, and the office is clean, modern, welcoming, and well-equipped. Thank you - I highly recommend this office!

I have been a patient with Vacek Family Dentistry for years and would highly recommend them! I always feel well cared for and my dental health has been excellent under their guidance. The staff are very kind and experienced in their work. The atmosphere is excellent and relaxing and their facilities are top tier.

Update 19 May 2025 I just had a routine cleaning done, and it was a great experience as usual. I just can't imagine going anywhere else for my dental needs. Dr Vacek is awesome, and so are the dental hygienists he hires. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I have been a patient of Vacek Family Dentistry since 2008. I didn't see a dentist for several years before 2008 because the previous dentist had poor bedside manners. I asked a co-worker which dentist he likes, and he referred me to Dr Vacek. I have been pleased with every visit. I had cleanings, cavity fillings, and a couple tooth extractions at Vacek Dentistry. Every time I had work done, the staff member did everything they could to make sure I was a comfortable as possible. That means a lot to me. Their work is very high quality too. I was also impressed that the staff started checking blood pressure which mean they sometimes alert a patient that they have high blood pressure. The only reason I had teeth pulled is I went a few years without checkups and cleanings when I didn't have insurance, so take care of your teeth so you don't lose them! I highly recommend Vacek Dentistry.

It was my first time visiting The Vacek Family Dentistry. The staff as the Dentist were very polite to welcome me. What I liked is they smoothly gave me the time to feel comfortable - no rush, no pressure. They explained to me about the procedure and also if I would continue being their patient (I am from out of town) they would be checking to see what would be the next procedure and care for my teeth. I had just a delightful less stressful time. I would recommend this nice Family Dentistry mainly if you are new in Lincoln, and you are looking for a good dentist!!!
