11/10! Front desk rockstar Michelle deserves major kudos for her kindness and promptness getting me scheduled to be seen by one of the dentists, as I am currently experiencing some intense dental issues (Thank you, Michelle!). My first appointment was a home run. The dental assistant (I apologize— I forgot her name) was incredibly attentive, kind, and showed a lot of compassion. Enter Dr. Wirth, and wow, what a great first impression! He was all smiles, shook my hand, and honestly, genuinely happy to meet me. The conversation was productive and the exam, thorough. Right now I have a lot going on, and Dr. Wirth did not shy away from it all. He is invested in my well-being, and I look forward to our doctor-patient relationship as we tackle and resolve my issues. Thank you Dr. Wirth, Staff, and Michelle for making my first visit a positive experience! Your clinic is an 11/10!

My appointments begin and end on time; the staff is professional, efficient, and friendly; I am always assured that my teeth (and mouth) are in good hands and that I will get the very best care.

Optimal Dental is a great place and everyone there is top notch, kind, great listeners and do amazing dental work! I have been going there for many years and see Dr Bailey. Previous to him I saw Dr Ganzer. They Always meet or beat my expectations. 😁

I have been going to Optimal Dental since before it was Optimal, in 1987. Dr. Ganser retired and Dr. Bailey took over without missing a beat. When Dr. Wirth came on board I was very pleased. I have worked with him on several Missions of Mercy and he is top notch. However, Janet, my hygienist is the rockstar. She has been my hygienist since 1987 and every six months it is like seeing an old friend. Optimal Dental will take great care of you.
