Optimal Dental PC

For someone who does NOT like going to the dentist, I appreciate how much they do to make sure you're taken care of through the process. They also give good care to making sure you're knowledgeable about your dental health and the work they'll be doing. All the staff is so friendly, from the rep checking you in, to the dental assistant (I feel bad I can't remember her name because she was great), and Dr Wirth is so wonderful and personable, to the payment and scheduling staff; they're just all so nice & welcoming. Would recommend 100%

I have been a patient for 10+ years. In that time, Optimal Dental has treated me with respect by being flexible with my insurance coverage. I am a civil servant who was laid off and is in the process of building a small business. In the meantime, I need to utilize Medicaid services. I was told at my last appointment that Optimal Dental will no longer be accepting Medicaid because the program does not reimburse enough. Stigma against patients utilizing Medicaid is unacceptable. I was told that I would receive a letter with referral options, but instead the letter simply said to contact my insurance. It also suggested I utilize community resources, but provided ZERO information about services available. The caring demeanor of the dentists here is not authentic. They are greedy and callous when it truly matters. I would like Dr. Bailey and Dr. Wirth to take a look at their annual income, reflect on the vacations and golf courses they’ve been able to enjoy, and then ask themselves if they really can’t “afford” to provide services to a loyal patient living in poverty.

Always an excellent dental experience at Optimal! I had a new-to-me, hygenist this time for cleaning/exam. Lauren was great! And Dr Bailey is somehow, always at the top of his game! Front office staff were excellent as well! 💯

I highly recommend Dr. Bailey and his dental assistants. Dr Bailey is so knowledgeable, skilled and considerate. I feel like I get the best care there. The staff is always courteous and helpful from cleanings to insurance knowledge. The cleanings are gentle yet thorough. You won't be disappointed.

I had been looking for a new dentist and luckily for me my family had been using Optimal Dental for quite a few years. Dr Bailey was their dentist. So I called and made an appointment. When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. And in no time came a VERY NICE DENTAL ASSISTANT WHO took me back to the room we would share for the cleaning. I liked her right away. I enjoyed talking to her and she explained what she would be doing. As it turns out they could take over all of the things that I was having done elsewhere. How great is that. Then I had a nice new nose put on for anesthesia and she got a great fit for my temporary nose 👃. During this time Dr Bailey came in and we got acquainted a he was so friendly and helpful and nice I knew I had found my new Dentist and new place to have my teeth cleaned polished x-rays. My new hygienist was so wonderful and I just felt so comfortable. The office was so nice and kind. I found a new home for my teeth. Thanks Optimal Dental. Susan
