From the moment we stepped into the office, everyone was welcoming and kind. They walked us through procedures, recommendations, x-rays, commitments, and financials. They even helped us get braces the same day as the consultation. Then, when one of our children got sick, they were very polite about finding an alternate time for him to come in, even with little warning. I am thrilled we were referred here.

This office is like family the minute you walk through their doors. Very friendly, very caring. They offer top care and I am so glad we chose the office. Dr. Clabaugh is 10 stars.

I was able to get braces put on the same day as my consultation. Everyone was very kind and thorough with explaining the process. I just wish they would have flossed my teeth after they put on the braces because some of of the bonding material got in between my teeth and made it difficult for me while trying to floss the first time. But overall great experience!

I truly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Clabaugh and every single person in his office! When my daughter and I started treatment in April 2025, we lived much closer. Since then, life has changed quite a bit and we’ve relocated several hours away. Switching orthodontists would have definitely been easier, but I honestly couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. The drive is worth it every single time. Like so many other reviews have said, this office doesn’t feel like walking into a doctor’s office. Dr. C and the ladies treat you like family. When you see people every month for a year and a half, you get to know each other. They remember the good things you’re celebrating, they ask about what’s going on in your life, and they genuinely care when things aren’t so great. Shortly after starting treatment, I lost my mom, and then our family went through a big move. They sent a card to me and my kids acknowledging both the move and the loss of my mom. It was such a simple gesture, but during a really difficult season of our lives, it meant more than they probably realized. Beyond the way they treat people, I have never seen an office run so efficiently. From the first call to set up consultations, to braces coming off. Everyone always seems to know exactly what’s going on, everyone is on the same page, and somehow I have yet to walk in and catch anyone in a bad mood. 😂 It genuinely seems like a place where people enjoy coming to work, and that carries over into how they treat their patients. And, of course, the actual orthodontic care is just as wonderful. My braces came off yesterday, and I know I wasn’t exactly one of Dr. C’s easy “put the braces on, straighten the teeth, take the braces off” patients. 😂 My case required a little more creativity and planning than that. He walked me through every step, explained what we could accomplish orthodontically, and helped come up with a plan and recommendations for the things that needed to be addressed outside of his office. So Dr. C, I apologize for being one of your couple-patients-a-year who probably contributed to an ulcer. 😂 But seriously, thank you for never making me feel like my case was too complicated and for caring about the end result as much as I did. My daughter still has a few months left in her treatment, but her teeth already look absolutely beautiful. It’s going to be a very bittersweet day when her braces finally come off, because as exciting as it will be, it also means we won’t have our monthly excuse to make the drive and see everyone. If you’re looking for an orthodontist, they are worth the drive, even when that drive happens to be multiple hours. ❤️

Had a great experience. Went in for my consultation, made a plan and decision. Then got my braces on in the same appointment. Quick and easy. No need to schedule another appointment. The very lovely receptionist even let me look at her braces so I could decide what color I wanted.
