This dental office does not care about patients. It has turned into a cold, profit-driven corporation that treats people like numbers and employees like garbage. I have personally witnessed multiple incidents of staff being spoken to disrespectfully and demeaned in front of parents and patients. This wasn’t a one-time slip — it’s clearly how this place operates. It’s uncomfortable, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable in a healthcare setting. Appointments are rushed, questions are brushed off, and the entire atmosphere feels tense and hostile. There is no compassion, no accountability, and no respect for anyone who walks through the door unless they’re paying and moving on quickly. If they are willing to treat their own employees this poorly in public, it says everything about how little they value patient care. This is not a dental office anymore — it’s a corporate assembly line. Avoid this place if you value basic decency.

I absolutely love how colorful friendly and patient. The entire staff is and how my kids loves to come here. When I tell him he's going to the dentist he always gets excited. I am thankful every time.

We absolutely love everyone at Missoula Pediatric Dentristry! My son has been coming to them for 8 years and my daughter now 2. They have always been so patient with both of them and always using positive reinforcement. Not to mention the epic waiting room set up to help keep them entertained when waiting. Wouldn't take them anywhere else.

Missoula Pediatric Dentistry has been a fantastic choice for our family. We take both our kids, ages 5 and 7, and every visit is a positive experience. The staff is friendly, patient, and great with children, making dental checkups stress-free for both the kids and us as parents. Highly recommend!

Dr. Tiede and staff are always welcoming, kind, professional and timely. My kids enjoy coming to see Dr Tiede to show off how well they are taking care of their teeth. We always have a great experience when we come. Emma was one of our dental assistants. She was so kind and conscientious as well, working with my nervous kiddo. Kehle helped my son and she was efficient and kind and comforting. Thank You All!
