Dental Care of Montana

I recently completed dental implant procedures at Dental Care of Montana and was completely satisfied with the entire experience. Their whole staff were professional and explained the process throughout. Their tech Taylor was terrific and answered all my questions as the appointments came and went. Definitely will recommend them to my friends and family!

The whole team and the Dentist done a great job. They were gentle, caring, and very compassionate. I recommend Peter Ivey the dentist, his assistant Tawny, and the receptionist was a very positive nice lady with a smile that was kind.

These folks are fantastic! Ultra professional, quick, I now have a beautiful, natural looking smile! I dealt with terrible crumbling teeth, constant infections, and lots of pain. I had the all on 4 done Top and Bottom, and my health has continued to get better and better. They were their for me whenever I had any issues, surgery was quick, in and out in a day. The rest of the process was literally painless! Worth every single penny! Added a before and after too!

I've had poor experiences here recently. At my last visit, the hygienist seemed in a hurry, didn't seem to cover all teeth, sloppily applied fluoride, and didn't warn me about the extra fee. She also smelled strongly of cigarettes. The dentist won't look at my teeth unless I get x-rays; I find this policy odd and haven't encountered anything similar elsewhere.

I had a concerning experience at this office and ultimately discontinued care. During a routine cleaning, I was told I needed a deep cleaning. When I requested just a regular cleaning with manual scaling due to pain from the ultrasonic tool, I was told they “couldn’t do that” because the practice would be liable “if a tooth fell out” after a regular cleaning. This bizarre reasoning directly conflicted with information from another dentist and came across as a scare tactic to push a more expensive procedure. The refusal to offer alternatives and the conflicting explanation made me question whether patient comfort was a priority. I requested my records weeks ago and still have not received them or any response. I will not be returning.
