Imagine being a thousand miles from home, in a rural environment, 6 days from returning, when you 12-year old son breaks his expander... I called every dentist and orthodontist I could fine to do something about the one random wire which was protruding from his mouth. Got referred all over the place and finally landed here with Dr. Kris Hansen. The receptionist was so lovely and understanding and said we could come in first thing the next day. When we arrived, she greeted us by name and my son was quickly seen by Dr. Hansen who not only fixed the immediate issue, but did so in a way that would "preserve as much of the appliance" as possible so that our orthodontist back home would have options as to a final solution. The icing on the cake? They didn't charge us a dime. I couldn't believe it. We were more than happy to pay for this "emergency" visit - but they were so unbelievably kind, efficient, thorough - and generous. I simply had to leave a review because the good guys are still out there - and these are some of them!!

After 4 ortho consults, shared experiences from friends, discussion with our pcp and dentist, Dr Hansen is our family's top pick. calm, intentional, decades of experience, one on one with the doctor through the whole process, informative, collaborative with our care team, ethical, science backed, delightful personality.

Myself and my children have all been Dr. Hansen's patients and would never go anywhere else. You get one on one time and see him at every visit. You feel comfortable and relaxed as he explains every step he is doing. He was great with my 5 year old when she needed work done and has been great with us as the kids have grown older and are now in full sets. I would recommend Dr Hansen to everyone!

Dr. Hansen repaired my permanent bottom retainer for free after 12 years of use. He did a fantastic job! Highly recommend this practice for its client service.
