I had the greatest experience with Kovaks Orthodontics. Everyone was so friendly and able to provide me with all the information and assistance I needed to successfully and efficiently complete my journey with braces. I enjoyed going to my appointments and visiting with the staff at the Miles City and Billings locations. To be honest, now that I am done, I kind of miss them. Lol I cant say enough nice things about them. Thank you for fixing my smile Dr. Kovaks. You guys are all rockstars!

Dr Kovacs is amazing with my younger daughter. He makes having braces and appliances easy and fun for her.

We had a wonderful experience here for our daughters braces! From our first appointment we felt confident that Dr Kovacs was giving us knowledgeable advice about the best treatment plan for our child. The front office staff is always extremely helpful and welcoming. We loved our technician, Stephanie, and she greeted us with a smile each time we came in. We can't say enough about the incredible staff and services provided here. Our son will need braces soon and there is nowhere else we would consider going. Dr. Kovacs and his staff are awesome!! He did my braces 25ish years ago, and all three of my kids see him now. The office is clean and inviting, all of the staff makes you feel welcome. Billings has so many great options, from my own personal experience Kovacs is the best! Dr. Kovacs is committed to giving his patients their best smile and the confidence that goes with it. He is kind and caring, and we are so grateful for this place!

Scheduled an appointment an when I got my son to the appointment they told me they couldn't take his insurance. Why didn't they ask me when I scheduled his appointment what kind of insurance he had? That was a waste of time
