I needed to move from my dentist because of insurance coverage. I looked through different offices based on location and (to be honest) the age of the dentist. I don’t want to have to go through another one retiring. This office was pretty booked up but they were anbke to put me on a waiting list annd we’re eventually able to give me a call and put me into a cancelled appointment right away. I really appreciated the extra effort. I was met at the desk by a friendly efficient woman who had already taken care of my insurance information. I got right in to my initial cleaning and evaluation with Ashley(?). (I really hope I got her name right) She was super efficient, personable and confident. I had a full evaluation and cleaning. I met the doc and had a great experience learning about available treatment options. Everyone was professional, personal and efficient. I had been apprehensive about leaving my dentist I had been with for 20+ years but I left with the confidence that I made the right decision by choosing this office.

Best dentist EVER! Been going here for years. Dr. Francis is not only great and knowledgeable he is always willing to learn and adapt to your needs. He is also willing to look at how your treatment works for you financially. He also has and amazing team of techs, everyone is helpful and they always have a great attitude! If your looking for a dentist this is the place to go!

This place is awesome, the entire staff does a great job. The dentist is actually kind and funny, which is nice! He cared about the costs when making a treatment plan from the first day I went there. He reccomended what was a priority and what could be done later if I needed to space out the costs. The assistants are friendly and do an excellent job individually as well as by the dentist's side. The office lady is a wonder woman! She has helped me with so much from insurance claims to Care Credit financing and helped solve every problem I had. A good front desk person is worth a million bucks and can really make or break a relationship for me in a medical office. It is a joy to go in there despite that it is the dentsit! Haha Teeth cleanings were great and I am pretty picky about those. It has to be the right amount of attention to detail to actually get the teeth clean to where I can feel it, with just enough gentleness that I am not misserable with my sensitive teeth. I notice my teeth feel great and clean when I leave. I feel respected when I say something hurts or is a senstive area, although I know its annoying. They listen and get the job done without just going forward anyways at the same intensity like I have had in the past at other places. They always let me listen to my headphones which really helps me be a good patient. I tend to think everything hurts if I hear the drills, even when it doesn't haha. The shots are great too, which again, I've gone to several clinics in different states and notice when the mouth shots really suck. I haven't had any complaints and don't mind having to go through that here when I get fillings. Another thing to note that is cool about this place is that they do their own in house printing. So when I got a few crowns they are able to fix it all in one appointment, which is amazing without a temp crown and all that! They just prep it, measure it, then I have to wait an hour or two to have them put it back on and I'm good to go. I also got a retainer here recently because my orthodotics wire kept falling off. They did a great job printing that in house to where I could pick it up the next day and it has worked well. I was so happy to be able to get one right away with the great price and them offering to take care of it for me in that appointment. I would reccomend this place for sure. The dentist does a great job, the staff has awesome teamwork and it's a welcoming office!

Could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. My evaluation didn’t go as well as I’d hoped, but the providers Tarah and Doctor Francis went above and beyond professionalism to make me feel welcome and comfortable.
