I was quite happy with my consultation with Dr Francis. HOWEVER, later on down the road I had an invoice that needed to be explained. The accountant REFUSED to speak to my husband, our Money Manager, and thus we had no explanation for this charge. As time went by she began slapping on interest charges. We called to challenge this outstanding bill that had no explanation. She STILL refused to explain. I was extremely frustrated by her condescending attitude. I was not born in this country and she had the audacity to throw a racist remark at me by saying "I dont know how they do it in YOUR country but this is the way we do it here". Twice I asked to speak to Dr Francis, first verbally through the receptionist, and secondly, in writing. I did not receive any kind of correspondence from him, whether verbally or in writing. I paid the bill and would highly recommend people think twice before visiting this dental practice. There are plenty of dental services in Billings, no one deserves to be treated in the way that we were.

Absolute best experience I've ever had with a dentist. They got me in immediately for an emergency appointment, checked me in and addressed the problem exceptionally fast, and every person in the office was friendly and welcoming. The doc did a fantastic job, quickly, and made sure I was well informed. Great experience!!!

Dr. Francis is incredibly skilled. Had a cavity filled and it was one of the better experiences I’ve had at the dentist. Easy and painless. I’ve been going to Dr. Francis and his team for a few years now and would highly recommend!
