My three daughters go here, and we have had an amazing experience. Yes, it is a bit of a drive for us, but the staff is so kind and accommodating in scheduling my kiddos at the same time, responsive for any problems as they pop up, the residents have been friendly, gentle and competent with my kiddos, and I just couldn't ask for more...oh, and they are less than half the price elsewhere, sometimes about a third. I canNOT ask for more. So, so thankful my kids can even get braces, and so thankful for such a positive experience. HIGHLY recommend!
My son was treated here and I’m beginning the process. They are fast, efficient, educated, and careful. Would highly recommend. Usually under $5,000 but not much. They offer the latest tech which moves the teeth faster too.
If I could give this place more than five stars, I would. I was referred here after a previous dentist's bad work that had to be redone, thousands of dollars I'd already spent and would have to spend even more to repair it. As a result I've been having work done in the periodontics department, all related to implants, bone loss and gum loss. I can't say enough good things about the facility, the entire staff and all the dentists. Kindness, compassion, and knowledge abound here, and if you're concerned about residents doing the work, everything is checked by senior dentists. I've been having work done over the course of a few years, three dentists, and they've all been very gentle and knowledgeable. I'm currently working with Dr. Mai, periodontics, and she's wonderful, does great work, as well as making me as comfortable as possible, always checking to see if I'm okay. All the assistants who helped have been equally kind and capable. I had to wait a while to get my first appointment, and they do book up, but the cost is much less than anywhere else with no sacrifice in terms of quality of care. Once you're an established patient, there is a very short wait time if any at all. In fact, I feel better about getting work done here - they sometimes find things that other dentists haven't. The facility is modern, very clean, and run very efficiently. For those of you who are afraid to go into the "scary city", please don't be. This facility is in an area a bit away from the SLU campus, has its own parking garage, and it's easy to find. I highly recommend!
So far I have been very disappointed, I have spent quite a bit of money and have made multiple trips for almost a year now and my daughter still doesn't have braces.
My experience trash you get what you pay for they messed up my mouth , to many different student doctors playing in folks mouth
