When we arrived, the receptionist was so friendly and welcoming. Amber was our Treatment Coordinator and she was the best! She spent so much time answering questions and helping us to feel confident that we understood every aspect of the treatment that our daughter needed. She was personable, friendly, and just a joy to work through the details with. Dr. Brian examined our daughter and he was also so wonderful! He communicated with our daughter in such a positive way and really met her at her level, which we appreciated so much! He's also very friendly and knowledgeable. I left there feeling so confident in the team and the treatment plan that they're providing. We're looking forward to partnering with them through this season of orthodontics. I want to first start off by saying, I have never said, "I can't wait to do a review." Everything about this office was absolutely amazing. The office was very clean and professional. As we all know, life itself is right now is just down right, super expensive. At my consultation, we began to talk pricing. The price definitely shocked me. I think more so because of a conversation about housework yesterday that will cost over 13,000. :-( However, I have also never said, "I almost wish there are no other offices that are able to beat your price." Insane, huh? The staff and the environment was just that awesome! I felt welcomed, comfortable and engaged. Last, but certainly not least, Mrs. Angie; what a beautiful soul she is. The moment Mrs. Angie approached me, I new this was going to be a great appointment. Angie's smile and body language showed me right away that she is happy and amazing at what she does. Mrs. Angie aura, energy and demeanor was unmatched. She was very detailed and organized. She was very patient and never did I feel rushed or pressured. Often in my life, when I've shared that I'd like to shop around, the person/company tried to sell me on all the reasons why I should chose them right away. Angie did not do this, she gave me the options and was very understanding and receptive to my feedback. I can easily say, this was one of the most if not the best experiences I've ever had within ANY industry providing a service. Angie is in my opinion, a walking billboard for what stellar customer/patient service looks like. I felt so comfortable that we started to talk about things that are normally uncomfortable to talk about with life, let alone with someone you just met. Thank you all so much. I am prayerful that I am able to return and allow Embrace Our World Orthodontics to provide me the service in need.
