I love them here! They are all so sweet! When I first came i had lime bacteria in my mouth and i was so self conscious about it but they made me feel just fine. And now i just got my top wisdom teeth out here and they did fast and no pain what do ever! Definitely recommend!!

After avoiding the dentist for over five years, I finally worked up the courage to schedule an appointment with Nixa Smiles—and I am so glad I did. I have a lot of dental anxiety, but Shawna immediately put me at ease. As a fellow boy mom, she connected with me right away and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire exam. She was warm, reassuring, and genuinely caring, which made the experience feel so much less intimidating. Heather, my hygienist, was friendly, gentle, and efficient. She took the time to explain the recommended cleaning plan and the reasons behind it, which helped me feel informed and confident about my care. Dr. Yoon was equally wonderful. He thoroughly reviewed my treatment plan, explained what to expect moving forward, and encouraged me about what we could accomplish together. I left feeling hopeful about my smile for the first time in years. Looking back, I almost feel silly about how much anxiety I built up over the years because the entire experience was truly easy. Don’t get me wrong—we’ve got plenty of work ahead of us—but everyone in the office was so kind and supportive. Not once did I feel judged or lectured. Instead, I felt welcomed, encouraged, and cared for. Even though I didn’t have any actual dental work done yet, I left feeling better about my teeth than I have in years. I’m genuinely looking forward to continuing my care here and bringing the rest of my family along as well.

Just a little review to share my positive experience at Nixa Smiles Dentistry. I had my appointment date mixed up and showed up off schedule. They were not obligated to see me that day but they were able to accommodate me. Heather, the dental hygienist, was professional and courteous. She did a super job on my cleaning and answered all my questions. Dr. Yoon was great and was able to take care of an issue with a sensitive tooth. I am very happy with my experience at this office. Highly Recommend Dr. Dryer – Excellent Dentist in Nixa, MO Dr. Dryer and her team in Nixa are outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, welcoming, and very organized. The office is extremely clean and uses up-to-date dental technology, which made the entire visit efficient and comfortable. As a self-pay patient, I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable and transparent the pricing was. They took the time to explain everything clearly and never made me feel rushed or pressured. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, modern dentist in Nixa with a great staff and fair pricing, I highly recommend Dr. Dryer and her office.

We invested a significant amount of money into dental work for my fiancé, including upper and lower partials, with the understanding that this treatment would be completed properly and in time for our wedding. From the beginning, it was clearly communicated how important this timeline was to us and how much it meant for him to feel confident in his smile for our special day. Unfortunately, we have had ongoing issues with both the upper and lower partials not fitting properly. We returned for relines on multiple occasions, which only temporarily improved the fit. During one of our visits, we were told we still had one complimentary reline remaining and were advised to come back when we were able. At no point was a timeframe or expiration communicated to us regarding this complimentary reline. However, when we recently attempted to schedule it, we were informed it would no longer be honored because we were approaching one year since the last visit. Had this deadline been clearly disclosed, we absolutely would have scheduled sooner. Instead, we are now being told the solution is to purchase entirely new upper and lower partials after already spending thousands of dollars, leaving us feeling as though we are back at square one. This experience has been extremely disappointing, not only financially but emotionally, especially given the importance of having this resolved before our wedding. Our biggest frustration is not simply the fit issues, but the lack of clear communication regarding policies and expectations. We had hoped for better follow-through and customer care after making such a significant investment.
