I’m beyond impressed with Dr. Shapiro and his staff. What an amazing job they did for my son Cain. Not only did they give him a Hollywood smile. They gave him confidence, high self-esteem, and he’s smiling big. When before he was ashamed to smile, let alone talk. Five stars!! if I could give them ten stars I would. Dr. Shapiro and his staff are amazing at what they do and I recommend them to everybody I know. 💙 thank you so much. It makes me happy to see him Happy with himself.

The office and staff were awesome! I brought my son for a consultation to see what was needed to get him started on straightening his teeth. He's only 7 years old so I wasn't sure if anything could be done this early on, but Mindy was amazing at explaining everything to me and taking xrays of his teeth for us to see what she was saying. I went to Dr. Shapiro when I was 13-14 years old for my orthodontic work and had a great experience so I wanted to bring my son there as well. I can 100% say that they are still just as amazing and helpful as they were 20 years ago. I definitely recommend their services. They don't try to upsell anything or get you to do work that's not needed. They lay out the facts, provide you with the numbers and let you decide from there. It's so nice considering so many other places (any dental/health specialist, not just orthodontists) are not that way.

Went for a consultation this morning after reading great reviews on Facebook and Yelp. The office is very inviting and the staff is awesome! The equipment is state of the art and Mindy thoroughly explained everything as she took me through the evaluation and x-ray process. Dr. Shapiro was very friendly and professional as he did the evaluation and explained my treatment plan. Mindy then went through all my options, pros and cons of each approach and patiently answered all of my questions. Nothing was rushed and I did not feel pressured at any time. My experience was certainly representative of the great reviews I've read on FB and Yelp. I also beat my husband playing the Connect Four game in play area for the kids, so there is that, LOL!

The waiting room has lots of games and activities to keep kids occupied. The staff were helpful and friendly. Dr Shapiro was great with my 10 year old while also being efficient.

I am here to brag on this office! As an adult I thought this experience would be a humbling challenge but everyone at this office has made me feel right at home. I see such a difference in my smile! From the front desk, to Dr. Shapiro to everyone who has worked with me, I appreciate you! A special shout out to Heather for her time spent with me every 3 weeks! 1000% recommend this practice!
