This is the second child I've trusted to the Jolly orthodontic team, and there is a reason I came back. From the very beginning, they have been professional, patient, friendly, and incredibly informative. They take the time to explain everything thoroughly, answer every question, and make both parents and patients feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The communication has always been outstanding, and the level of care they provide is truly exceptional. It's rare to find a practice that is so consistent in both customer service and quality of care. We had a wonderful experience at Jolly Orthodontics! Alex officially started his braces journey today, just before his 12th birthday, and the entire experience has been great from start to finish. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming, and they made him feel very comfortable throughout the process. We especially appreciated how thoughtful and caring the team has been, including checking in afterward to make sure he was doing well. Dr. Jolly and the entire staff have been amazing. Such a great experience! My son is away from home and at college in MS. He had an orthodontic problem that Dr. Jolly and her staff took care of quickly! I’m so grateful to them for taking care of his issue promptly and with care. This mom feels at ease with this group. I’ve just started with Jolly Orthodontics, but I just have to weigh in about the wonderful experience I’ve had. They are communicative, friendly, and professional. I was blown away by the consultation process, and even the process of having the molds made for my Invisalign aligners was positive. That is saying something! I’d give them 10 stars if I could.
