Extraordinarily good customer service !! I was referred to Westlake Orthotics and Prosthetics by my podiatrist for new orthotics following hip replacement surgery ----which corrected my leg length disparity. This correction made my old orthotics no longer valid. The Excellent representative repaired my former orthotics appropriate to my new leg lengths --and did NOT charge me! The company saved me the cost of new orthotics. Unusually courteous , helpful expert assistance !! Highly recommended . Marilyn Bach

Absolutely Fantastic! From the first phone call to book my consultation to walking out the door wearing my new back brace the service I received was top notch! Amy & Micah, who work the front desk, are superb choices for your first point of contact with the business. They are enthusiastically helpful, and anticipate your needs &/or questions before you even ask. Bobbi was the practitioner who conducted my consultation and warped, smoothed and fine tuned my brace with great attention to detail. She was very informative and seemed to genuinely care that I understood the process and had realistic expectations of the outcome. She made me feel comfortable and accepted. These 3 were the only staff members I interacted with but I did encounter a couple more that had the same genuine smiles and good vibes shining from their eyes. I used to own a wellness business and I always said you can’t compete with genuine care and concern and they exude genuine care & concern at Westlake! Truly a down to earth staff that’s out of this world! Oh and their turn around was crazy fast! They contacted me immediately after I was referred to them. When I finally returned their call they got me in that day for the consultation and had my brace 2 days later.

Max Goodmanson is at the top of my long list of prosthetists. Max listens to my suggestions and theories of possible changes to my pair of below-the-knee prosthetics, and makes changes that help me walk better after my appointments. Max always listens to me and has good suggestions for the next week of my care. He is SO MUCH BETTER than my last Prosthetist was. Max is making small changes in my prostheses, and making sure these changes are taking me in the direction they should. When I started at Westlake O&P, I could hardly walk due to the angle of the sockets on my prostheses, and the back of the sockets digging into the back of my knees. The new sockets Max has made for me, and the adjustments he has made to the joints at the bottom of the sockets and to the ankle joints have made all the pain I had before go away, and I can almost walk without use of a walker or rollator now.

I am blown away by the staff and Todd himself. Kind, welcoming, encouraging and thorough. Cannot recommend enough.

Incredible staff. Doesn’t feel like a medical office. Almost feels like a spa! They’re very warm and welcoming, front from office to the providers themselves.
