This place is lovely and the doctor is knowledgable and friendly. I give 4 stars only because it was not at all explained to me what to expect at my first appointment. i have been a new patient before and i have never experienced anything like this. No cleaning, but i spent 2 hours getting scanned by state-of-the-art machines and wowed by the thorough attention to detail of the doctor. she swings a big tv in my face with a 3D full color model they made of my teeth and points out all the parts she recommends i fix and yeah my mouth looked hecka gnarly on the big screen! immediately after they shove a super nice parting gift in my hands and pass me off to the closers. Fast talking women with amazing teeth encouraged and i have to say pressured me to prepay for everything and book the appointments right then. i did! even as i recognized the business model they adapted from the time share industry. In the end I wanna keep going and i will get that crown eventually but i dont really approve of that tactic.

Chalet Dental is a 5 star clinic. Every single person who works there is super friendly and caring. Their service and results are top notch. This time was a routine cleaning. I needed an implant a couple years ago and i am very happy with it. They are my go-to dental office.

Couldn’t be happier, I felt very taken care of and respected. My previous dentist office was like a factory, come in do the work, NEXT! But here I had pictures take every step of the way and got to see all the issues in my mouth and have a conversation of how to prevent certain things and how to keep my mouth more clean. Highly recommend, very nice people, this is my new dentist for the upcoming future.

Entire staff is friendly and helpful. They are quick and efficient and professional. I love the reminders prior to the appointment because we are all human and forget things. Always leave having learned something new about my teeth, mouth or habits. And also reminded each time of what to maintain in order to keep these puppies healthy!
