The Impact team is very great and accommodating. They pay attention to find details and make me feel more secure in my smile.

Not only are Dr. Hemann and the rest of the staff professional, they are also very thoughtful, accommodating, and he has a great sense of humor. My son was anxious about getting braces, but Dr. Hemann really put his mind at ease and made it a positive experience. They also do text messaging which I think is a great idea that makes communication very smooth. I actually had a broken wire on my own permanent retainer across 5 of my teeth. The day it broke I texted the clinic and they got me in an hour later and removed it for me, free of charge in about 20 minutes. Dr. Hemann firmly refused to take my money, so I had to hype him up here.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Hemann and the rest of the staff. Everything was well explained in our initial consult. Pricing is very reasonable, with many flexible payment options. My son just has his braces put on today. Dr. Hemann was so great with him, making sure to explain every step and talk in depth about what he needs to do in order to make sure the process goes well and his braces and teeth stay cleaned. I would highly recommend using Impact Orthodontics! They sent us home with a fun little goodie bag!

I chose Impact Orthodontics for their location and I've been more than happy there. Dr Hemann works well with my kids and they like him. The support staff are very helpful and the office is pristine. Communication and administrative bits have been easy and I find parking within a block or right across the street every time.
