We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Hemann and the rest of the staff. Everything was well explained in our initial consult. Pricing is very reasonable, with many flexible payment options. My son just has his braces put on today. Dr. Hemann was so great with him, making sure to explain every step and talk in depth about what he needs to do in order to make sure the process goes well and his braces and teeth stay cleaned. I would highly recommend using Impact Orthodontics! They sent us home with a fun little goodie bag!

(Genuine rating of my experience) I cannot recommend this clinic enough! Dr. Hemann and his crew are incredible. The consultation process was seamless and I was able to get my braces on within the following week. The clinic is so clean and aesthetically pleasing. Dr. Hemann made my experience so easy and made me laugh the entire appointment. He is genuinely so personable and caring and overall an amazing provider. Not to mention he took time out of his busy day to check in on me to be sure I was doing well. If you or someone you know needs an orthodontist - look no further! Not only are Dr. Hemann and the rest of the staff professional, they are also very thoughtful, accommodating, and he has a great sense of humor. My son was anxious about getting braces, but Dr. Hemann really put his mind at ease and made it a positive experience. They also do text messaging which I think is a great idea that makes communication very smooth. I actually had a broken wire on my own permanent retainer across 5 of my teeth. The day it broke I texted the clinic and they got me in an hour later and removed it for me, free of charge in about 20 minutes. Dr. Hemann firmly refused to take my money, so I had to hype him up here.

I can't say enough positive things about the team at Impact! They are all amazing and incredibly understanding and helpful. Everything from the care plan, to the insurance, to the actual service was amazing and stress-free. They put my son completely at ease and he is actually excited for this journey and to come back for his check ups! Thank you so much for your excellent quality care.

We love Impact Ortho! Dr. Hemann is so kind and friendly. He really put my son at ease. He loved getting his braces on because of Dr. Hemann. The whole team (with Jenni and Lixzy) is so friendly and welcoming. My son looks forward to his appointments! Dr. Hemann has also been really great at communication from the start, from insurance questions to fixing a wire that broke during off hours. Highly recommend!
