The front office staff has no consideration for the patients I had an appointment scheduled and sat there for 10 min before the desk staff came out and told me that my appointment had been canceled without even calling me to let me know so I wouldn't have to miss work and then never called me to reschedule. It took them 1 year to call me and say I see you are behind in your cleaning would you like to schedule your cleaning appointment and why would a dental practice wait a year to see why their patient has not come in do they even care about their patients. Makes me wonder if the front desk staff know what they are doing and how to treat patients.

I have been going to this Dentist for a few years now and can not recommend it enough! Every visit has been very enjoyable/informative. I always seem to have tons of questions, but they answer them all in great detail and simplify if I do not understand.
